Sheila is passionate about her work. She provides talk therapy as well as art therapy. Art therapy is a safe and effective way to work with clients of all ages. Drawing utilizes the right side of the brain, where our sensory and emotional experiences are stored. Art as a tool in therapy, specifically when dealing with grief and trauma, can get to the root of the matter much quicker than just talking... Relationships are complex, and even the best ones will be faced with challenges. Sheila provides counselling to couples who want to strengthen their relationship by teaching them about their own attachment style and how this plays out in their partnership... Sheila has worked internationally with individuals seeking to improve their communication skills and become more attuned to who they are as a leader, parent, friend and partner.
