If you dare to try and find me you will join all of the people who care about me in playing the game of Where in the World is Carmen San Diego?, except it's Natalie (duh.) I miss my art and the people I get to work with because of it, and I'm working hard to put the puzzle together that includes my weird metal greenhouse studio (that is a treehouse like Swiss Family Robinson). I miss family, logical and biological, and how I defined "home". In 2019 I was in a program/cult called AmeriCorps NCCC that led me to my current position as an apprentice wildland firefighter for the US Forest Service. I'm still quoting Brandi Carlile in normal conversation and walking up a hill that's "gettin' good and steep/But I'm still looking for a promise even I can't keep". I have found that the world and its people hurt in many ways that I cannot even begin to comprehend, and it is all better off with me in it if I'm trying to help a fellow human out with the time on this earth I'm privileged to have.....
