Elizabeth ("Beth") Henson is an attorney-mediator who has had a full-time family law mediation practice since 2001.
As a divorce lawyer, Elizabeth has conducted over 3,000 mediations and is very experienced in the process, as well as the nuances that contribute to a positive outcome. Ms. Henson was named Best Lawyers' 2016 Denver Family Law Mediation "Lawyer of the Year." She has consistently been listed in The Best Lawyers in America and named as a Colorado Super Lawyer.
Ms. Henson worked at the University of Denver, training and supervising law students in family law mediation; has been a contributing author to several domestic relations laws; and has testified in front of state senate and house of representatives committees regarding proposed laws.

Chris Griffith is a founder of Split Simple and our first divorce attorney-mediator. Experienced in both courtroom law and mediation, Mr. Griffith was in a unique position to see how traditional divorce proceedings failed families.
Mr. Griffith possesses a unique breadth of experience that makes him an invaluable asset to couples considering an uncontested divorce. Trained as a lawyer, Mr. Griffith also extensively studied in the field of family therapy. He worked in family and mediation law for years before founding Split Simple. He helped develop the rigorous, transparent, data-driven process that defines Split Simple.
Mr. Griffith works in Denver and helps clients throughout the state of Colorado. He is also experienced with remote mediation and can work with divorce clients who live in other states.
Gordon Boyes joined Split Simple from Lacuna Gap Capital, where he is an operating partner supporting a wide range of technology and software portfolio companies. At Split Simple, Gordon is focused on optimizing the customer experience through product innovation and technology implementation. Prior to co founding Split Simple Gordon served as Chief Executive Officer of both SageFire and splick-it Inc. Gordon previously led a team of 500 people that performed customer operations for Level 3 Communications. In addition to operations and execution, he has 15 years of experience in P&L management, corporate development, and technology from Level 3, Booz Allen & Hamilton, and Nortel.
Gordon graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Computer Science and also has an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College. Outside of the office, Gordon enjoys family adventures, hiking with his dogs, tennis and snowboarding.
