Dr. Daniel Kirkham was born in Denver Colorado and grew up in Bountiful Utah. He comes from a family of medical professionals, which inspired his interest in medicine.

Dr. Maki completed his diagnostic radiology residency at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) in Portland Oregon. After residency, he completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Dotter Institute in Portland Oregon.
Dr. Maki returned back to Northern Nevada because he has always considered it home. He is especially appreciative of the sun after spending years in rainy and cloudy weather. He enjoys golfing, traveling, spending time in the mountains, and enjoying his family.

Dr. Gary Turner graduated with an MD from the Medical College of Virginia, followed by radiology residency training at Letterman Army Medical Center at the Presidio in San Francisco. He completed additional two-year subspecialty fellowship training in diagnostic neuroradiology at the University of California at San Francisco, UCSF. He is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Radiology, DABR, and holds the board's certificate of added qualification in neuroradiology, CAQ.

Dr. Turner is a proud member of Tahoe Carson Radiology but feels his greatest achievement is his marriage and being a father of three children. He spends much of his free time enjoying the beautiful Tahoe Basin, exercising, playing golf, scuba diving, traveling, and enjoying finer foods.

Dr. Stephen Loos was born in Phoenix Arizona. After High School, Dr. Loos performed his undergraduate studies at Creighton University in Omaha Nebraska, and is a graduate of Creighton University's School of medicine. Dr. Loos performed his Radiology Residency at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.

Zachary Franks, DO was born in Toledo, OH, and raised near Metro Detroit, MI.
He performed his undergraduate education at Grand Valley State University near Grand Rapids, MI with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Biomedical Sciences. He then attended Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and performed his medical residency through the college at Beaumont Health Farmington Hills.
Dr. Franks then moved to California and completed his fellowship training at Stanford Healthcare in Stanford, CA in a clinical fellowship in Body MRI. Dr. Franks is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology. His special interests include prostate MR, whole body MR, and PET/MR, including Body MR specific exams such as pelvic floor imaging, gynecology/oncology imaging, and other abdominopelvic MR protocols. Dr. Franks lives with his wife, 2 dogs and a cat and enjoys several outdoor activities including fishing, hiking, skiing, and camping.
