Mr. Dinning is a Member of the Order of Canada and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors. He is Chancellor Emeritus of the University of Calgary following his tenure as Chancellor from 2010 to 2014. He is past Chair of the Canada West Foundation, and today serves as a director of the Muttart Foundation and a trustee with the Killam Trusts. Jim's pride and joy are his wife Evelyn and his four children and ever-growing number of grandchildren.
Jim Dinning is a home-grown Albertan with an extensive background in both government and business. We couldn't have a Chairman of our Board with much more experience than Jim.

Jennie has been a Board Director for the SOS Children's Villages since November 2013, chairing the Finance & Audit Committee from March 2014, before being appointed Deputy Board Chair in March 2015 and Board Chair in June 2016. SOS Children's Villages Canada was established in 1949 and is part of the world's largest charity working with orphaned and abandoned children.
Jennie Moushos has spent the majority of her career in the financial and insurance sectors and has over 25 years' experience in the insurance industry.

Scott is a leader with strong business acumen and well-developed strategic planning skills. Having achieved great success in founding and growing a business, he is driven to use this experience to work with other great business owners, and helping their businesses grow. In addition to being the CEO at Western, Scott sits on the Board of Directors for each of our associate companies, and is acting CEO at Fortress Insurance Company.
Scott founded The Western Investment Company of Canada in 2015. His passion for business extends to a passion for his country, which he serves as an active Senator of Canada since 2013.

Stacey is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with 16 years experience in financial accounting and reporting, tax, auditing and management reporting. Prior to joining Western, Stacey worked in a number of financial accounting lead roles, including most recently with Western's first equity investment, GlassMasters Autoglass, guiding them through the acquisition phase of the business.
Stacey is a Chartered Professional Accountant with 16 years experience in financial accounting and reporting, tax, auditing and management reporting.
Bill is Chairman, President and CEO of The Monarch Corporation where he upholds a family tradition of being active on many fronts, always looking for the next opportunity and ready for the next challenge.
