Allie began her career at WellnessIQ as an intern working under Jackie McNamara and the rest of the WellnessIQ team. After finishing her internship, she moved into an account coordinator/ client delivery manager role.
Her education includes a bachelor's in Exercise Science from the University of Toledo and a master's in science from Cleveland State University with a focus on nutrition and corporate wellness.

Bree joined WellnessIQ in 2020 as a Senior Sales Account Executive in the southeast territory. Prior to joining the team, Bree worked for a number of years for a small broker in Pittsburgh, PA as the Director of Health and Productivity implementing and managing wellness programs, in the corporate fitness/wellness division of the Anheuser-Busch brewery in Syracuse, NY, and as an assistant coach for equestrian sports at Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts.
Bree is an avid equestrian who started riding horses at age 3, rode competitively in college, and still rides and trains hunters and jumpers today!
Bridget is an experienced facilitator and human performance & life coach with a demonstrated history of designing and delivering highly engaging employee training programs driven towards changing behavior. Bridget brings over 12 years of training experience to WellnessIQ.
She began her career at a Cleveland based software company that was among the Fortune 100 Best Places to Work list for six of the ten years she worked there. Within the L&OD and Internal Training teams, Bridget designed, implemented and facilitated an onboarding program that successfully welcomed 1,300+ technology professionals around the world.
Bridget is proud to have facilitated over 4,500+ hours of content for participants both in-person, virtual, recorded and live. As a certified Life Coach through the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology, and Human Performance Coaching through Theory of Me, the more recent years of her career have given her the opportunity to create life-changing coaching programs and instill sustainable behavior change in thousands of individuals. Bridget's passion for learning what drives and inspires her participants leads to a highly engaging experience.
Bridget is a relator and a developer who values genuine positivity and happiness and finds immeasurable joy in spreading and amplifying both in those around her. Bridget's strengths are creating and maintaining meaningful connections rooted in empathy, adapting to situations while accepting them in a positive way with a commitment to make the best of them, and never leaving a good dose of humor out of things.

Dylan is our Senior Account Executive representing the Western Region. After exploring careers in multiple industries, Dylan transferred to Western State Colorado University to finish his undergraduate degree. In 2018, he graduated with a double major in Business Administration & Environment and Sustainability. Since graduating, he has been a Project Manager for a supply company focusing on providing specialty material for highly technical water and wastewater treatment plants across the West coast.
While continuously working towards conquering his own injuries, he decided to make a career change to help promote and bring awareness of the importance of holistic wellness to others. Although he grew up being very active, Dylan has recently incorporated meaningful movement, mindfulness, and health to support his body and mind behind a desk. With his broad interests and industry knowledge, Dylan enjoys connecting, sharing, and assisting brokers and consultants to work towards viable solutions for all.

Emily is a Wellness Strategy Manager servicing the Virgin Pulse platform. In her role at WellnessIQ, she manages many different clients with various requests and needs to drive engagement and overall wellbeing within their organizations.
Emily has always had a passion for wellness and has over 10 years of experience within this field. She is a graduate of Cleveland State University where she earned a Master's Degree in Exercise Science. She was able to combine her education degree and lifestyle with this passion to become a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer instructor. Emily loves to help people become healthier versions of themselves through leading by example when it comes to physical fitness, nutrition and emotional wellness.
Prior to WellnessIQ, Emily worked in all types of fitness centers and gyms. Throughout these positions, she was able to grow her passion for helping people by teaching classes, creating fitness and wellness programs and running events. With her background in education, wellness, and exercise, Emily brings a wide variety of experience to WellnessIQ!
Emily has been doing Power Lifting training for 10 years and competed in 2021. She also is training for her 3rd triathlon for this summer.

Michelle loves to travel! She is usually always in the process of planning another adventure with her family and these days, even has their sweet goldendoodle coming along as well.
Meghan used to horseback ride and luckily always landed on her feet anytime she fell off.
Jamie was born on New Year's Day and was the first baby born in Cleveland on the day she was born. This news made it to the Cleveland Plain Dealer newspaper!
Hannah comes to WellnessIQ with 9 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Hannah attended The University of Akron, where she obtained her degree in Healthcare Office Management. Throughout college, Hannah worked as a medical assistant/phlebotomy technician in emergency medicine with pediatrics. Upon completion of college, Hannah transitioned over to an administrative role where she worked as an assistant in a multi-specialty medicine group with physicians, care teams and patients. This role assisted her in preparation for her new role with WellnessIQ!

Jackie is an experienced director with a demonstrated history of successfully implementing, rolling out and servicing total wellbeing programs in a variety of industries, bringing over 15 years of experience to WellnessIQ.

Jamie has worked in the health and wellness arena for over 15 years. She has worked for Cleveland Clinic, to implement a safety event reporting system throughout the entire health system. She assisted with many process improvement initiatives to increase safety measures for patients and hospital caregivers. She has also worked for a sizable financial company where she managed large quarterly budgets. Jamie is also a certified health coach. She has given numerous health and wellness presentations for corporate wellness programs to teach individuals how to live a healthier lifestyle.

Kip is a Wellness Strategy Manager servicing the MedWell, PeopleEq, Wellbeats, and Wellright platforms. In his role at WellnessIQ, he manages many different clients with various requests and needs to drive engagement and overall wellbeing within their organizations.
Kip has always had a passion for wellness with over 6 years experience within this field. He is a graduate of Edinboro University of Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Health and Physical Education with a concentration in Health Promotion. His goal is to help people reach their optimal health and wellness goals.
Mary joined WellnessIQ in 2011, as an Account Manager, and has since transitioned into the roles of Operations Manager, Sales Executive and currently Director of Sales.
Mary Cmolik graduated from THE Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration Degree. Prior to joining WellnessIQ Mary worked for 9 years as a Human Resources Manager with a strong focus in Employee Benefits and Employee Well-Being. Mary is well versed in the implementation and execution of corporate wellness programs and brings years of varied industry experience and knowledge to WellnessIQ.
Meghan understands the impact that health status has on all scales. She is ready to connect and drive engagement in wellness programs to ultimately reduce health care costs and increase employee productivity and wellbeing.

Michael Poulsen joined WellnessIQ as an Account Manager in November 2021. After working in the fitness industry for over 13 years, Michael knows how challenging it can be to maintain a healthy lifestyle in the modern professional environment and takes great pleasure in helping his clients motivate their teams to live their best life.
Michael started his wellness career as a personal trainer and swim coach at his local YMCA in 2008 and later took on a leadership role asDirector of Specialized Exercise, managing wellness operations for 9 branches in Stark County. In his tenure with the YMCA, he was able to collaborate with many diverse populations and developed programs to meet the unique needs of each community. Michael is experienced in strategically implementing a wide array of wellness programs and challenges for organizations, developing a team of dedicated fitness professionals, and creating a welcoming member experience. Today he is committed to sharing the same level of exceptional customer service and creativity with his clients at WIQ.
Michael holds a BA in Biology with a double-minor in History and Business from the University of Akron. He is an ACE certified Personal Trainer with specialties in Youth Conditioning, Chronic DiseasePrevention, and Sports Nutrition.

Michelle is a Wellness Strategy Manager on the Virgin Pulse silo here at Wellness IQ. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Bowling Green State University majoring in Child and Family Studies with a minor in Interpersonal Communications. Michelle comes to the team with extensive experience in client care and account management within a wide variety of populations and backgrounds. In her previous professional experiences, she was able to learn and observe the significant role wellness plays in overall quality of life. Michelle is passionate about linking others with the knowledge and resources available to them as they pursue their personal and professional wellness goals, and ultimately reach their full potential.

Samantha began working for WellnessIQ in July of 2019 as an Account Coordinator. She was promoted to Account Manager in February of 2020.
Samantha received her Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from Cleveland State University. Before coming to WIQ, Samantha worked as a Wellness Coach at a local YMCA, where she taught youth exercise classes, lead a diabetes prevention program and helped members of all ages and abilities create and maintain exercise programs.
She got her start in the health and wellness world by interning at the Cleveland Clinic Sports Health Center, where she had the opportunity to view surgeries from inside the OR as well as shadow some of the top Physical Therapists in the city. This internship along with Samantha's past participation in sports inspired her career in health and wellness.

Stephen joined WellnessIQ in March 2024 as a Wellness Strategy Manager on the Virgin Pulse silo team. Graduating from Cleveland State University with a bachelor's in business administration with an emphasis on Training & Development. While studying he was an assistant football and basketball coach at Independence Local Schools across 7 seasons. In this time, he learned his passion for serving others and used this valuable experience as his foundation.
Summer is currently an Implementation Manager for WellnessIQ focusing on the Mediterranean Wellness, PeopleEQ, WellRight, Wellbeats, and Vitality platforms. Summer is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She graduated from Bowling Green State University with her bachelor's degree in Dietetics and later moved on to complete her Dietetic Internship and master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Michigan State University.
Prior to coming to WellnessIQ, Summer worked in the Long-Term Care setting as a Dietitian providing direct nutrition education and clinical support to the residents at her facility. She also served as a department manager where she assisted with day-to-day operations and management of employees. Summer has a strong passion for wellness, sustainability, and prevention of chronic disease. She loves working with new client groups to build an effective and engaging custom program design that directly corresponds with the wellness goals of the company.

Thomas joined WellnessIQ in July of 2023. He is a driven marketing professional & and problem solver, with the goal of helping an organization's employees unlock their total holistic potential, in and out of the workplace, through strategic growth in organizational wellbeing, people operations, and investment in human capital. He takes great pride in delivering superior results and deliverables for his clients and colleagues, all while fostering and maintaining an energetic and efficient camaraderie with his peers. Thomas is experienced in client delivery & implementation, marketing research & strategy (survey design, deliverable design & qualitative/quantitative analysis), customer service, and business-to-business (B2B) sales. Other work experiences include a year as a Business Development Manager at The SpyGlass group, a student consultancy with COTA (Central Ohio Transport Authority) in Spring 2022, a sales & management internship with Sherwin Williams, and four years of customer service experience at TopGolf.
Thomas went to The Ohio State University, graduating in 2022 with a business degree with a marketing specialization and a minor in political science. While at Ohio State, Thomas served on the executive board of Never Walk Alone, a mental-health awareness organization, and worked for OSU's varsity aquatics teams.
