The Business Leader Consortium was founded to provide this meaningful content to business leaders in the Santa Barbara area as they navigate business life cycles. We worked hard to recruit Core Group members who would could articulate and share their expertise with other business leaders. Each month, a specific expert will share three specific recommended actions that everyone can understand and apply to their business. The experts will connect their topic to the results of our survey which will be reviewed at our first meeting on October 26, 2016... What are the most important things that every business leader should know? We surveyed our clients and found that there is clearly a need for all of us to better understand other areas of expertise.
