Arantza Lekuona has been the manageress of the regional autonomous body Kabia since 2015.
She has a degree in Political Sciences and Sociology and has completed several postgraduate and specialist university courses (on Public Administration, on Governance and Comparative Political Analysis, on Human Rights and on Data Protection and Privacy).
She spent the early part of her career in the field of research and university teaching. She was a fellow of the Basque Institute of Public Administration (IVAP) (1995-1997) and a lecturer at the University of the Basque Country (UPV-EHU) in the Department of Political Science and Administration (1998-2001).
In 2001, she started working in the city of Donostia-San Sebastián as an employment and training technician (2001-2002). Since then, she has developed her career in public administration, being a career civil servant in the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa since 2007. During these years, she has held the positions of technician and supervisor in the Basque Government as a senior technician (2003-2004) and, since 2004, in the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa as a social management technician (2004-2007), senior planning and systems technician (2007-2012), Head of the Service for the Promotion of Children, Youth and Adolescents (2012-2015) and, lastly, manageress of the regional autonomous body Kabia (since 2015).

Dr Kathryn Jones is Managing Director of IAITH: welsh centre for language planning since 2016, formerly Senior Consultant and subsequently Director of Language Policy and Research with IAITH since 1999. A sociolinguist by training, Kathryn has worked nationally and internationally in the fields of bilingualism/multilingualism and language policy and planning since 1986. Kathryn gained her ESRC funded doctoral research into the bilingual language and literacy practices of Welsh speakers while at Lancaster University. She has directed and carried out a wide range of academic and government/other agency funded research projects in the fields of multilingualism, bilingual education and language policy and planning in Wales, several European contexts and Tanzania. She has also authored and delivered academic modules on sociolinguistics, bilingualism, bilingual education and language policy & planning at the universities of Lancaster, Bangor and Trinity St David. Together with colleagues at IAITH: welsh centre for language planning, Kathryn is co-founder of Cynllunwyr Iaith Cymru (Language Planners Wales).

Roberta is working in a European NGO where she coordinates European voluntary projects (sending and reception of young volunteers). She is a trainer of European and extra European volunteers, specialized in migration issues. She worked in socio-cultural projects offering educational support and accompaniment for immigrant young girls. She has Master degree in Psycho-oncology. In 2008 she started her collaboration with CESIE for a local project with immigrants, "LAUTC" "Learning about us through culture ", carried out thanks to international collaborations. This Project was funded by the European Commission within Grundtvig Programme Project. She also has a long-term experience in voluntary work activity with " Centro delle Culture Ubuntu ", where She participated to the project "Le risorse dell'intercultura" (intercultural resources) as educator for 4 months.
