Anastasia earned her Bachelor's Degree in Radio Physics and Nonlinear Dynamics from Saratov State University in Russia and also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Truman State University, located in Kirksville, MO. Anastasia is a CPA, and has extensive experience in accounting, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting and analysis, and is a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. In addition to case work, Anastasia is responsible for the firm's marketing, business development and strategy.? Anastasia is a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA). Anastasia is fluent in English and Russian.

Ali is an approved speaker for the Florida Bar Association and has presented continuing education courses in the areas of internal audit, AML, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) , litigation consulting and ethics for financial institutions and law firms.
Ali is well versed in computer systems, including creating proprietary models; and frequently serves as an expert witness in various litigation cases, mediations and arbitrations involving fraud, contract disputes, insurance claims, damage claims, etc.
Ali has performed various projects in the US, as well as Latin America, Europe, Middle East and South Asia.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in 1978 and Bachelor of Arts in Communications in 1979 from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India; as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1982 from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
Ali is also fluent in Hindi and Urdu, and has functional knowledge in German, Spanish and Arabic.
Steven has over 38 years of experience in public accounting, substantially serving in partner capacity at several of South Florida's largest and most reputable accounting and consulting firms within the audit, tax and litigation support areas. He holds BS in Accounting from Florida State University and is a licensed CPA. Steven has extensive experience in auditing, accounting, tax planning, business advisory and litigation support. Steven is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA) and is currently serving as Director of North Dade South Broward Chapter of FICPA.?Steven is also a long-time member of the Tower Club.
