HONING MY FACTORY

After struggling for years with unproductive workers, I realized that part of the problem had to be our processes. We started looking at things and we quickly realized that there were some issues with our equipment and our production, so we started narrowing down different things and sorting things out. It was incredible to see how much of a difference we made in a short time, and within a few months, injuries were down and production was up. I wanted to make a website all about honing your skills and improving your factory, so that you can enjoy a better experience as a business owner.
