Anita has more than 10 years of experience in the Executive Search business and has an extensive track record in search assignments for different industries. Anita joined PCI Shanghai in 2010. She is very passionate and enthusiastic on recruiting business. She started her headhunting career in 2012 as a researcher and quickly grew up to a consultant. Daniel Yang

Daniel, as Senior Partner of PCI Shanghai since 2016, focuses on projects for Financial Service, TMT and Industrial Professionals. He has over 15 years of experience in executive search in Greater China. He has successfully completed multiple tough searches for Managing Director, Vice President and Director level positions. He delivers real values to the clients in talent and OD strategy and CXO hunting projects. Prior to join PCI in 2010, Daniel was the Head of the Automotive & Manufacturing Business Unit in a leading local Search Company. With his leadership, he was responsible for developing new business initiatives and refining the operations of the A&M Business Unit. In his 5 years of service in the company, Daniel has established a good reputation among his clients of multinational companies. Earlier in his career, Daniel served as President Assistant and Strategy Information Supervisor in WanXiang Group, the industry-leading manufacturer of automotive parts in China. Daniel's major responsibility was the acquisition and refining of key internal and external strategic and managing information which crucial for the success of numerous pertinent manufacturing and financial projects. Daniel holds an MBA from Antai College of Economics & Management, SJTU and B.A. in Human Resource Management from WUST.

Elaine Lin

Elaine Lin is Senior Partner at the Beijing office of PCI Executive Search Consultants. Elaine helped launch PCI's China operations in 1997, and she has since been facilitating executive searches, business development, and successful placements in all the major industries of China. Bringing over 30 years of experience from several multinational companies, Elaine has invested most of that time to the executive search field. Ms. Lin also offers expertise in IT marketing, including previous work at Digital Equipment Corp (DEC) and International Computers (ICL) as Marketing Communications Manager. Jimmy Shih

In his 34 years' services for several multi-national companies in the Greater China Region, Jimmy Shih has accumulated a lot of valuable experience in business development and people & project management. Prior to join PCI, Jimmy worked for IBM,Sun Microsystems and Novell in Taiwan from 1985 to 1998.During that period of time, he served in the functions of business administration, sales and marketing and has proved his capability with sound track records. After then, Jimmy moved to China in late 1998. From then he has supported 3 Taiwan-based IT company to build up their subsidiaries in China successively, and acted as the general managers for the three subsidiary companies respectively. His major responsibility during 1999 to 2004 was to expand the domestic market with the products or solutions developed or localized, and to strengthen the local operations. In late 2004, he led a team to establish SCITC-Shanghai, an application solution provider for specific industry such as hotel, restaurant, leisure chambers etc., and served as the Executive Director of the company for 6 years. Jimmy joined PCI-Shanghai in 2010 and served as a senior consultant focusing on Consumer & Retails, Industrial and Hi-tech industries. And his major focus is on Consumer & Retails, which includes FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), Food Production, F&B (Food & Beverage). In 2016 he was invited and became a partner of PCI Shanghai because of his excellent performance, continuous contribution to the company and leadership among the employees.

Kenneth Guo - CEO

Kenneth started his career with IBM Taiwan in 1982. He got his MBA degree in 1989 and left IBM in 1994. For his career with IBM, he served the largest local banks, insurance companies and the largest foreign banks in Taiwan. After then, Kenneth moved his career into Information and Multimedia field. Before year 2000, Kenneth worked for new ventures of Artif technology and Great China Music.com. Artif was acquired later by Pacific Constructing Group which was one of the biggest enterprises in Taiwan. With them, he was the President of KTS CATV. At the project of Great China Music.com, Kenneth led a team not only to set up the management operations but to design a process to produce personal CD album and slide show in web site. The process seamlessly integrated a series of procedures to generate photo image and audio files in CD and web browsing format. It created a new business model of combining virtual Internet and physical CD studio in the multimedia industry in year 2000. Before join PCI, Kenneth worked for IBM invested company, International Integrated Systems Inc (IISI) and Financial Intelligence Technology Inc (FITi) as executive team member. Both IISI and FITi provide software service in the Financial Services Industry. Kenneth moved to Shanghai in 2009 for new challenges. As the GM and partner, he led the team turning around PCI Shanghai to be profitable in the first year. He became the Managing Partner of PCI Shanghai in 2016. Since Kenneth joined PCI Shanghai, he with the team aims PCI to deliver quality services for clients to meet their recruiting needs and business objectives in the Greater China Area. And which practice makes PCI Shanghai strong in the market as it was since 1997.

Paul Lien - CEO

Paul Lien is Partner, Senior Consultant, and Branch Office Manager of PCI Executive Search Consultants in Beijing. In addition to managing branch office operations, Paul often manages tier-onesearch assignments for senior executives and job seekers with very discrete skills. Paul started his work career in the 1970s, immediately after completing a degree in Electronics Engineering from Taipei Institute of Technology, and he has been in the high-tech field ever since. Over the years, Paul accumulated valuable professional experience and industry knowledge from management assignments at well-known multinational companies, such as Timex, Unisys, and Hewlett-Packard. While working at HP, Paul was sponsored to complete EMBA courses at National Taiwan University, which endowed him with solid theoretical knowledge in business management and hands-on experience. In 1998, Mr. Lien left HP as the Outsourcing Business Operations Manager (Asia Pacific) and then established PCI's executive search office in Shanghai. Since 2001, Paul has been facilitating executive-search assignments in Beijing and placing a large number of candidates in a range of management positions, primarily in the IT and related manufacturing industries. Paul is currently serving on the Board of Directors of IIC Partners.

William Guo
