Prevoyance (French for Foresight) Consultants was incorporated in 2013 & has serviced a cross section of clients across various industries in global geographies, since inception. We have been drawing on our foresight in identifying & responding to our clients' future & current requirements... We believe in combining methods of futures work with those of strategic management. It is about understanding upcoming external changes in relation to internal capabilities and drivers. Our business model enables us to analyze the organization's relevant business environment, and identify new opportunities in that space. We believe that thinking across current industry boundaries is an important source of innovation. Strategy & action should be based looking at cross-industry developments, not at the on-going trends of the current industry only. What you might call ‘radical innovation' rarely emerges from within existing industry boundaries. This is the space we excel in.
