Emmanuel Grand - Chief Legal Officer

Emmanuel joined Recipharm in February 2022 as Group General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Board Secretary. In his role, Emmanuel directs his focus towards governance, M&A & divestitures, corporate compliance, disputes & litigation, contract management. Striking the right balance between challenge and support, he facilitates optimal decision-making and enables businesses to achieve organisational and cultural change and mitigates risks pragmatically. Emmanuel plays a vital role in efficiently supporting business strategy and goals, seizing commercial opportunities, and strategically placing Legal, Compliance, IP, and Data protection functions at the core of the group's corporate strategy. Emmanuel brings a broad international experience, having studied or worked in Switzerland, Hong Kong, Japan, and Dubai. Prior to joining Recipharm, he served as Group General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for PHC Group (former Panasonic Healthcare) and held various Legal & Compliance leadership positions for the Bayer Group, after having worked in private practice for a Swiss leading law firm. A Swiss-qualified lawyer, Emmanuel holds a Lic. Jur. from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, an LL.M. from the City University of Hong Kong, and a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) accreditation.

Greg Behar - CEO

Greg Behar joined Recipharm as CEO on 1 January 2024. With a profound commitment to a 'customer-first' approach, Greg's vision for Recipharm is to be the leader in delivering high-quality solutions that drive success for its customers. Greg joined Recipharm from Nestle Health Science (NHSc) where he was CEO, and a member of the Nestlé Executive Board. Prior to NHSc, Greg held the position of CEO at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals USA and led a zone leadership for the Group. His extensive experience includes pivotal roles at Novartis in general management, sales and marketing in Spain and the European zone. Greg also worked at Novartis in general management, sales and marketing roles. Currently serving on the boards of Sonova AG and Amazentis SA, Greg has a notable history of board memberships, including Prometheus Bioscience (acquired in 2023 by Merck for $11Bio), Seres Therapeutics, and Axcella Health. Greg holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Masters in Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Switzerland (EPFL) and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA.

Gregor Kawaletz - Chief Commercial Officer

Gregor joined Recipharm in 2021, as head of the Group's OSD business unit. Since then, he has been actively fostering a customer-centric culture within the organisation, demonstrating unwavering commitment to business growth through improved customer experiences. In January 2024, Gregor was appointed Chief Commercial Officer for the Group, guiding Recipharm towards a focus on commercial excellence as a core aspect of its operations. With a rich background in commercial roles within the pharma and biotech industry, Gregor brings a wealth of experience to his role. Before joining Recipharm, Gregor served as the Chief Commercial Officer at Albumedix and CCO and head of Sales and marketing at IDT Biologika, as well as European Sales director at Catalent Pharma Solution, and key account director at Next Pharma. His commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs has been a consistent theme throughout his career. Gregor holds a Masters in Political Sciences from the University of Cologne.

Guenaelle Holloway

With a rich background in working for both private and listed organisations, Guenaelle has served as the Head of Communications at LGC and prior experiences encompass diverse communication and marketing responsibilities at Air Products, Inc. and Logica PLC. Jackie Griffiths - CHRO

Jackie was appointed Head of Human Resources for the Recipharm Group, in January 2024. In her pivotal role, Jackie directs her efforts towards overseeing the Human Resources function for the entire Group. She is dedicated to ensuring that HR policies, processes and activities align seamlessly with the overarching Group strategy. Jackie is deeply passionate about promoting respect and inclusion within the workplace, fostering a collaborative culture that enhances the overall employee experience. Jackie's journey with Recipharm began in October 2018, marked by the acquisition of the Holmes Chapel, UK, site from Sanofi, where Jackie was a member of the Site Leadership Team and Head of HR. Before moving into Human Resources, Jackie held various roles, including the Holmes Chapel site Operations management as well as leading functions within Product Development and Quality, showcasing her versatility and leadership skills. This diverse background equips Jackie with a unique perspective, allowing her to integrate operational insights into her HR leadership role. Her ability to lead from the front and deliver results in a changing environment has ensured her continued success and will promote the future success and well-being of the Recipharm Group. Jackie holds a BSC (Hons) in Chemistry from Leicester University, UK, a Post Graduate Certificate in Management and the CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resources Management.

Joaquim Mascaro - CFO

With his comprehensive financial acumen and international perspective, Joaquim significantly contributes to Recipharm's strategic financial management and overall success, supporting the business growth through the careful management of the company's financial resources, optimising investment decisions and ensuring fiscal responsibility across all facets of the Group. Prior to his appointment, Joaquim served as CFO for Sonova AG's Hearing Instruments Division, leveraging his extensive international experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, with notable roles at GSK and Novartis across Europe, the US, Asia, and Latin America. Joaquim holds an BSc and MSc in Industrial Engineering from ETSEIB (Spain) / ENSIMEV (France) and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management (USA).

Luc Burgard - COO

Luc leads the Group's business processes and spearheads its digitalisation strategy. Additionally, he supervises regulatory affairs, quality management, and Health and Safety initiatives throughout the organisation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. His strategic vision and hands-on experience position him as a key driver in Recipharm's operational success and the Group's ability to deliver high-quality solutions to its customers. Drawing on his extensive global industrial experience, Luc specialises in cultivating profitable, sustainable and resilient supply chain and operations activities for international corporations. Throughout his extensive career, he has held instrumental positions, notably as the Head of Operations at Sartorius Stedim Biotech, and as the Managing Director at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where he actively shaped the company's strategic trajectory. Luc's professional journey also includes holding various leadership positions at Forvia, where he demonstrated his proficiency in Quality, Research and Development, and Lean Operations. His multifaceted expertise has been instrumental in shaping operational strategies and optimising processes to achieve efficiency and quality in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Luc holds an Adv. M. Sci. in Inventive Design from the French National Institute of Applied Science, a BSc in Quality Management from the University of Paris Cergy-Pontoise, and a BTech in Electronics from Strasbourg's High Tech School.
