Debora Meyer is the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources for Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC), a global aerospace and national security leader headquartered in Sparks, NV.  She brings nearly three decades of broad HR experience from leading companies in their respective industries. Meyer leads the company's overarching people strategy. She leverages her extensive background to identify talent and organizational strengths to build and scale the company's HR capabilities, operations, and functions to support evolving business priorities as SNC continues to grow. Meyer has multiple successes in defining and implementing performance-based infrastructures and incentive plans that improve organizational outcomes. She joins SNC from Kaiser Permanente, where she served as the most senior executive HR leader for the organization. During her tenure at Kaiser, Meyer led the organization through significant transformation and developed numerous leadership programs for employees at all levels that supported acceleration of diverse talent. Meyer also held various progressive leadership roles at Northrup Grumman over the course of 16 years. Her commitment to leadership development accelerated the company's performance in recruiting, developing, and retaining talent from underrepresented groups and created the talent pipeline for the future workforce. Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Meyer spent much of her career with Northrup Grumman, where she initially served as a hands-on Senior Human Resource Manager for the information technology and environmental systems business units. She ultimately served as Vice President of Human Resources & Administration, where she was responsible for crafting and executing the people strategy for the organization . During her time with the company, she augmented the health and retiree benefits program for long-term sustainability and restructured the executive compensation programs. In her previous position as interim Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Meyer designed and developed strategies to recruit, hire, and retain critical C-level executives while championing cross-functional, company-wide change management efforts. Meyer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Radford University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Additionally, she holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, a Certified Compensation Specialist, and a Certified Benefits Specialist. Meyer was named San Francisco Business Times's 2019 Most Influential Women in the Bay Area Business.

In 1994, the Ozmens acquired SNC when the company had just 20 employees and grew it to become a global aerospace and defense enterprise. Over the years, Fatih and Eren steered SNC to expand in new and promising directions, including 20 strategic mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Piatt is the Executive Vice President for ISR, Aviation & Security (IAS), SNC's largest Business Area. He oversees Project and Portfolio Management for Department of Defense (DoD) activities associated with specialized ISR, Aviation and Security aircraft modifications. Mr. Piatt joins SNC after most recently serving as CEO and Board Member for Athule Aero Technologies, a quiet and efficient propeller technology startup that transitioned from R&D into a formal company in early 2022. Prior to Athule Aero Technologies, Mr. Piatt served in various leadership roles at L3Harris, most recently as President and General Manager of the Reconnaissance Mission Systems (RMS) business where he was accountable for all P&L activities, strategic development, organizational leadership and performance. Jon has more than 20 years of cumulative business leadership and strategic growth experience spanning a 34-year professional career, and bolsters an impressive track record of driving growth and innovation, while building longstanding relationships with customers across multi-service. His multi-service aerospace and defense experience has played a key role in providing integrated cross-domain capabilities and mission solutions for both domestic and foreign military customers. Mr. Piatt also serves as Chairman of the Board for Eviation Aircraft Company. The Eviation Alice is the first flight-proven all-electric commuter aircraft and took its maiden flight in late 2022. He has also served in the past as Board Chair for the McKinney Community Development Corporation in his 3 year tenure on the board overseeing investments in infrastructure, economic development, and community wide quality of life improvements. Mr. Jon Burgoyne is COO and Executive Vice President for the ISR, Aviation and Security (IAS) business area of Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC). IAS is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative high performance aircraft systems design, modification, integration, test and certification as a complete end-to-end Aircraft System. Mr. Burgoyne has been with SNC since April of 1999 and is responsible for the IAS Business Area. Overseeing Project and Portfolio Management for Department of Defense (DoD) activities associated with specialized ISR, Aviation and Security modifications to aircraft. Programs range from sensor development applications, integration of ISR capabilities in General Aviation aircraft, Communications Integration, Ground Vehicle integration and complete worldwide logistics support integrated into the customer's force structure involves Quick Reaction Capability modifications to insert capabilities rapidly into the field and direct support of warfighter needs globally. Prior to joining SNC, Mr. Burgoyne was an electronic warfare officer in the United States Air Force and graduate of navigator training at Mather AFB. He flew RC-135U Combat Sent as a RAVEN based out of Offutt AFB, worked in the 544th ELINT Exploitation Lab in Strategic Command and was assigned to the Big Safari program in Greenville, TX. Mr. Burgoyne holds a master's degree in mathematics from Creighton University, and a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics (BAEM) degree from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.

Tim Owings - EVP

Tim Owings has served as executive vice president for Sierra Nevada Corporation's (SNC) Mission Solutions and Technologies (MST) business area since January 2021. He is responsible for a wide range of operations including four operational business units and two subsidiaries. Owings portfolio consists of an expansive array of technologies including electronic warfare, cyber, signals intelligence, big data exploitation, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) aircraft/operations and degraded visual environment aviation systems. Prior to his current appointment, Owings served as executive vice president for SNC's Integrated Mission Systems (IMS) business area. This assignment was focused on ISR aircraft integration, operations and support. Owings also expanded the IMS portfolio to include big data analytics and network optimization. Owings has more than 30 years of increasingly complex executive management, technical and corporate experience. Prior to working for SNC, Owings served 23 years as a civilian employee of the U.S. Army. During his final assignment with the Army, he served as deputy project manager for the U.S. Army Unmanned Aircraft Systems Project Office where he was responsible for acquisition, execution and sustainment of the Army's complete line of Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Owings received a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering and an MBA from Auburn University. He has been a recipient of the Secretary of Defense's Distinguished Service Award and the Department of the Army's Civilian of the Year Award.

Tom Andersen

Tom Andersen retired from the U.S. Air Force as a major general. He commanded at all levels and also held key positions on the Air Staff, Joint Staff, Combatant Command Staffs, and in NATO. Tom served as chief of staff and director of intelligence for U.S. Strategic Command, director of plans and programs and director of requirements, Headquarters Air Combat Command. Prior to his retirement, he commanded the Air Force's Curtis E. LeMay Center for Doctrine Development and Education. Tom joined Sierra Nevada Corporation in 2013 and serves as the Senior Vice President of Washington DC operations where he leads the company's Government Relations with a focus on the Air Force. He also participates with the SNC Board of Advisors and is active in all facets of the company's planning.
