Encho Yordanov

Encho Yordanov is the Business Operations Manager at Sprintax, with over 21 years of experience in managing complex operational frameworks within the tax services industry. Prior to his current role, Encho served as the Product Owner for Sprintax for seven years, where he led strategic product development and enhancements to meet evolving regulatory and customer needs. His transition into operations was built on this foundation, allowing him to streamline workflows, optimize resource management, and align cross-team execution with business objectives. An IRS Enrolled Agent (EA), Encho combines regulatory expertise with operational insight to drive efficiency, compliance, and high service standards across the organization. He is recognized for his hands-on leadership style and focus on continuous improvement and scalable growth.

Enda Kelleher - VP

Enda is based in New York and has been assisting universities and nonresident international students and scholars with US tax withholding and Federal and State tax preparation for over ten years. He has been awarded the IRS VITA Foreign National qualification and is currently studying to become an IRS Enrolled Agent. Over the last three years, Enda has delivered more than 150 tax workshops all across the US. Sprintax has assisted over 300,000 students and scholars during the same time.

Joanna Murphy - CEO

Joanna Murphy is appointed CEO of Sprintax. That same year, Sprintax surpasses $1 million in federal tax refunds for nonresident filers. Sprintax also partners with TurboTax, becoming the nominated nonresident tax partner of the leading US tax filing platform. Joanna Murphy is the Chief Executive Officer of Sprintax, a leading tax compliance platform for nonresidents, trusted by universities, employers, and international investors globally. She also serves as CEO of Taxback and the Irish Diaspora Loan Fund (IDLF)-all part of the CluneTech group. Joanna joined the group in 2013, initially leading the growth strategy for Connect Ireland. In 2017, she co-founded the IDLF to support diaspora-led investment in Ireland. Since becoming CEO of Taxback in 2019, she has overseen the expansion of its international services, particularly in the U.S. through Sprintax. Joanna is responsible for leading the corporate direction and strategic vision for the group, driving business expansion, and enabling a team of entrepreneurial senior managers to deliver excellence in technology and service to a global customer base.

Terry Clune - CEO, Chairman, Founder

Terry Clune is the Founder and Chairman of Sprintax and CEO of CluneTech. A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Clune came up with the idea of a tax preparation company while working in Germany as a student. Terry found himself paying about 50-60% tax on his income in Germany and so when he finished his construction job he started to figure out how to get that tax back. Back in Ireland, Clune processed tax refund applications for his friends and other students. The service proved popular and, after Clune graduated, he employed a staff of three and opened a small office in Dublin. The company experienced a rapid expansion and developed a range of new services for a diverse range of clients.

Tom Gahan

Tom Gahan as the Director of Initiatives in Sprintax has a senior leadership role that serves as the trusted partner and right hand of the CEO, ensuring the smooth execution of key strategic initiatives across Sprintax. Tom Gahan also plays a key operational role in a fund that was the first of its kind established exclusively for the Irish Immigrant Investor Programme (IIP). The IDLF is a senior secured debt fund regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. The fund primarily supports Irish businesses in sectors like hospitality and healthcare. Before joining Sprintax and IDLF, Tom was involved at a senior level with ConnectIreland, a globally recognized job creation initiative launched from the Global Irish Economic Forum in 2011. The initiative aimed to attract foreign direct investment (FDI) into Ireland by leveraging the global Irish diaspora. It has been credited with creating thousands of jobs and received accolades at the Financial Times Global FDI Awards
