Amrit Sandhar

Amrit is a values-led individual who has an undeniable passion for developing people. Amrit started his career as a qualified Pharmacist. During a career within Pharmacy spanning over 19 years, Amrit worked in a number of management and leadership roles, culminating in overseeing half of the UK's Pharmacy and Optical units for Wal-Mart's UK subsidiary Asda.

With prior leadership roles at Blue Shield of California, Pacific Pulmonary Services, and Williams-Sonoma, Thomas understands the challenges many business leaders face today. He draws on the personal and practical experiences of working through various business challenges, including rapid growth, contraction, merger, acquisition, succession planning, business process re-engineering, and their associated impact on the human capital element of an organization. Reinforcing his industry experience with innovative best-practice HR consulting tools, Thomas enhances his professional development through the mastery and adoption of Myers Briggs/MBTI Step I and II, EQ-I/Emotional Intelligence, Executive Dimensions and Benchmark 360 Feedback Tools through Center for Creative Leadership, Sales and Managerial Behavior Assessment Tools through Chally, and DiSC and StrengthsFinder with individual and team development work. He has his Masters of Public Administration from New York University, and his BA in History from the University of California, Los Angeles. Thomas handles an international portfolio of clients and divides his time equally between the consultancy's UK and US operations. He is an active member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development, the Society for Human Resources Management, and the Northern California Human Resources Association. He enjoys travel, particularly when it connects him with family, friends, and colleagues in the US, UK, and Australia. Tom Cullen

Tom Cullen is a coach and educator, specializing in client engagement and research, copyediting and public speaking. As a TGC affiliate consultant, Tom combines his passions for coaching and communication to guide clients in developing clear communication strategies and internal brand structure. A keen learner, Tom is passionate about understanding the nuances of every client. He adopts a variety of tools, including StrengthsFinder and DISC, to deliver results. In addition to his work with TGC, Tom teaches at the University of Georgia in the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication. He also serves as Faculty Coordinator to the C. Richard Yarbrough Crisis Communication Coalition and is a member of the University of Georgia Crisis Communication Think Tank. Tom earned a B.A. (Hons) in History from the University of Liverpool. He also holds a master's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Georgia and is finishing his final coursework to earn an MFA in Narrative Nonfiction. Originally from the United Kingdom, Tom now lives in Athens, Georgia, with his wife and their three pets. He enjoys cooking, cycling and playing tennis. Tom thrives on finding the best approach to help clients unlock their full potential.
