Albert Fujii - CCO

Albert is a Communications Director at The Hub Project, where he leads earned media campaigns to hold extreme elected officials accountable for undermining our democracy. Prior to joining The Hub, Albert led media relations at LGBTQ+ Victory Fund and helped elect a record number of LGBTQ+ candidates in the 2022 midterms. He has also held communications roles at Global Strategy Group, the largest Democratic polling and public affairs firm in the country, and the office of Congressman Adam Smith, then Chairman of the House Armed Services Committee.

Alex Baptiste

Alex is the Director of Policy & Research at The Hub Project, where she supports the research and policy needs for The Hub's advocacy campaigns, and helps to develop strategy for new and ongoing campaigns. Prior to joining The Hub Project, Alex was Policy Counsel on the Economic Justice team at the National Partnership for Women & Families, where she focused on state and federal policy on paid sick and safe days, pregnancy discrimination and accommodations, sexual harassment, and paid family and medical leave. Originally from Philadelphia, she has been in the District for 15 years and enjoys traveling, reading, and running on The National Mall. Alex is a proud graduate of Georgetown University and American University Washington College of Law.

Allyson Marcus

Allyson Marcus is the Deputy Executive Director for Campaigns at The Hub Project, where she leads the teams that create dynamic, strategic and effective campaigns across the country, including grassroots organizing, paid and earned media. Most recently, as Political Director at American Bridge 21st Century, she led the design and execution of persuasion programs in battleground states, including developing an innovative influencer program. Allyson managed Antonio Delgado's successful campaign for Lieutenant Governor of New York State in 2022 and previously managed Delgado's 2018 upset election to the U.S. House of Representatives, one of the most expensive House races in history. Delgado was the first person of color to represent Upstate New York in Congress. She was previously a regional political director at the DCCC, where she recruited and advised candidates and Members of Congress on the most competitive elections on the House battlefield. She has also worked on the EMILY's List and DCCC independent expenditure teams. Allyson is a Maryland native who graduated from the University of Southern California, and was recently named to the American Association of Political Consultants' (AAPC) "40 under 40." Arielle Atherley

Arielle is the Associate Director of Policy and Research at The Hub where she manages the research supporting campaigns to ensure that people in America can fully and freely participate in our democracy. Before joining The Hub, Arielle worked as a policy analyst at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights where she helped to manage the organization's policy advocacy on education, health care, and anti-poverty issues. Arielle started her career at the Youth Service Opportunities Project where she coordinated community service programs for youth and school groups to volunteer with the unhoused and food insecure populations in New York City. A native of Brooklyn, NY, Arielle earned her Master of Public Policy degree from George Washington University and holds a bachelors degree in political science from Boston University. In her free time, Arielle enjoys traveling, and when she's not doing that, you can catch her exploring DC's awesome food scene. If you had a superpower what would it be & why? If I had a superpower, it would be the ability to teleport which would make traveling SO much easier! What's your favorite place to eat in DC? My favorite place to eat in DC is Sospeso on H Street - they have amazing cocktails and the food is always so fresh and tasty.

Ashley Quenneville

Ashley is Deputy Director of Campaigns for abortion at The Hub Project where she creates and implements campaigns to amplify the voices of abortion storytellers across the country using paid and earned tactics. Prior to joining The Hub, Ashley was a Regional Political Director at the DLCC IE where she helped to flip control of or expand majorities in state legislatures across the country, the first time the party in power didn't lose a single chamber in the midterms since 1934. Before that, she managed and fundraised for U.S. House and Senate campaigns across the country, including Congresswoman Katie Porter's first campaign, flipping a district that had never before been held by a Democrat. In her free time, Ashley is usually reading, planning her next road trip, making a mess in the kitchen, or defending the Midwest against the haters. What's your favorite food to cook? Every Christmas family makes octopus, a tradition my Sicilian grandmother started. What's your latest obsession? Pottery. You can find me at district clay too many nights after work. Bryan Bennett

Bryan is the Senior Director, Polling & Analytics at The Hub Project, where he oversees the design, management, and analysis of all qualitative and quantitative research projects to inform messaging for a variety of issue advocacy campaigns. Bryan also serves on the pollster team for Navigator Research, a public opinion research collective designed to better understand the American public's views on issues of the day and provide messaging guidance to progressive advocates, elected officials, and other interested parties to make and win policy arguments. Prior to joining The Hub Project, Bryan previously served as a research manager at Illuminas, a boutique market research agency, and was responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative studies for clients in the technology, non-profit, and education industries. He started his career at Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research, advising numerous Democratic political candidates, progressive issue advocacy groups, and non-profit organizations. Originally from central Texas, Bryan studied government at The University of Texas at Austin. He currently lives in Washington, D.C. with his wife Lesley and his cat Alex.

Cal Jack Cade

Cal Jack is the Associate Director for Communications for the Economic Education Project at the Hub and loves helping people create strong messages, learn how to talk to the press, and run integrated communications campaigns. Cal Jack has spent the majority of their career working in politics and advocacy-gaining experiences in storytelling for movements, health care advocacy, and driving campaign narratives while working with reporters. While communications is their primary job function by day, Cal Jack also enjoys reading a good book, doing yoga, and hanging out with their dog Biscuit. What is your favorite movie? My favorite movie is The Devil Wears Prada. That's all. What's your favorite place to eat in DC? Lapis in Adam's Morgan is always my go-to dinner spot in DC. Book or podcast you love to recommend? Everyone should read The Overstory. Trees are so cool and we have so much to learn from them!

Caleb Polsky

Caleb Polsky serves as the Executive Assistant for the Executive Director at The Hub Project. Caleb comes to The Hub after serving as a Junior Agent at DBA Talent International, a leading talent agency for actors across the UK and the EU. Caleb is a recent graduate of the University of Miami, having received a BA in Political Science and a BFA in Musical Theatre (LYGC). While his primary focus is in supporting The Hub's leadership team, Caleb also enjoys cooking, yoga, and of course theatre. He currently volunteers as a judge for the Helen Hayes Awards here in DC. Caleb comes to DC from Miami by way of Massachusetts.

Carlisle Landin

Carlisle Landin is an Organizing Manager of Campaigns at The Hub Project, where he gets to aid national and state partners to help ensure they have what they need to run successful programs. Prior to joining The Hub, Carlisle was the Regional Organizing Director for East Las Vegas at Nevada Democratic Victory. He has a background in bilingual organizing in predominantly Spanish speaking communities in both Phoenix and Las Vegas. Born to Mexican immigrants and raised in communities where people lived the consequences of political negligence on behalf of electeds, Carlisle grew up aware of the importance of community engagement and outreach. Carlisle started his journey in organizing straight out of high school, where he got to canvass the local neighborhoods he grew up in, and instantly fell in love with it. He's since made it a mission to mobilize communities like his own that are often sidelined and alienated by politics. When he's not at work, Carlisle enjoys reading nonfiction books, watching new movies, listening to his intensely curated playlists, and consuming anything to do with Spider-Man. What is your favorite movie? This answer changes every 2-3 business weeks, but for now it'll have to be Happy Together. Wong Kar-wai is simply that girl and I will ALWAYS eat up a messy relationship. What's your favorite food to cook? Mole con Sopita de Queso! This was my favorite dish growing up as a kid and it instantly takes me back. Although it's not as good as my mom's, it'll do. Carrie Resnick

Carrie is the Director of Accountability Research at The Hub Project, where she oversees research efforts across multiple campaigns to hold elected officials accountable for their positions. Prior to joining The Hub, Carrie worked as Research Director at the House Majority PAC and on Gov. Terry McAuliffe's 2021 gubernatorial campaign. Carrie has also helped utilize research in electoral and advocacy campaigns at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, NARAL Pro-Choice America, and American Bridge 21st Century. Carrie attended Johns Hopkins University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a degree in political science. Carrie was born and raised in Massachusetts, though her family has since moved all the way south to Rhode Island, where she loves to visit. What's your favorite place to eat in DC? Donburi (comes back to Adams Morgan!) What's your hidden talent? My ability to save a lot of money with CVS coupons.

Chrystian Woods

Chrystian Woods is an engaging political strategist and civic leader who champions underrepresented communities in politics through her principled and thoughtful management of electoral and issue-based campaigns. Her background in campaign management, community organizing, and advocacy makes her an experienced advocate who is deeply passionate about southern organizing and serving communities of color. Prior to joining the Hub, she served as a Senior Advisor to the Democratic Party of Georgia's coordinated campaign in 2022. In this role, she was instrumental in developing and implementing campaign strategies that helped the party achieve historic victories in Georgia. A Georgia Native, Chrystian is widely recognized for her innovative approach to campaign management and voter outreach, having played a key role in flipping major counties, including Cobb and Gwinnett, in Georgia during the 2016 Presidential election cycle. She has held several leadership positions in the DPG, including serving as Interim Executive Director and Senior Field Advisor. Additionally, the former Executive Director of BridgeTogether and State Campaigns Director for NARAL Pro-Choice America she has worked as a Campaign Manager and National Director of Outreach at the Presidential campaign level, including National Director of Outreach for Beto for America and organizing for Hillary for America across several states. Chrystian holds a B.A. in Political Science from Georgia Southern University and enjoys spending free time with friends, family, and her dog Milo. Dennis Raj

Deputy Executive Director for Strategy and Special Projects at the Hub and loves to build power for working people, design and build innovative program, and find news ways to measure success. Dennis worked three cycles on the Analytics team at the DCCC, most recently as a Deputy Executive Director and Chief Analytics Officer, where he advised congressional candidates on targeting, polling, modeling and data. He's proud to be part of the teams that took back the house and achieved the best midterm performance for a first-term Democratic President in over 60 years. He got his start in California politics, including working for Labor in Silicon Valley and the California Democratic Party. When he's not deep in a spreadsheet, he enjoys rooting for Bay Area sports teams and exploring DC - though as a California native, he still gets confused about East Coast weather patterns. Who's your progressive hero? Any elected official who does the right thing, without prompting and without fear of the consequences, simply because it's what is right. True champions. What's your latest obsession? Trying to get a handle on how AI will make us all designers by moving folks up the tech stack. I can't wait to see what unbounded creativity looks like. What drew you to this work? Hearing all the stories about how data evolved campaigns made me want to understand the craft.

Ebonie Land

Before The Hub, Ebonie worked as the Digital Director at Social Security Works, where she was the lead on digital strategy and created and curated content for various organizational campaigns related to healthcare policy, drug policy, and student debt policy. She also worked as deputy editor of Social Security Works' publishing arm, Strong Arm press, for which she designed various book covers including Nancy Altman's The Truth About Social Security. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc and enjoys serving her community through public service. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, creating art (drawing, painting, designing), and watching tons of movies. What's your favorite TV show? Really enjoying the sci-fi historical fiction mix of Lovecraft Country on HBO right now. Emily Ribaudo

Emily is originally from Ohio and holds a B.A. from the College of Wooster. Emma Healy

Prior to this role, Emma was a Special Assistant and then the Executive Assistant at The Hub, where she oversaw the schedules and operations for two Managing Directors and the Executive Director of the organization. A true New England native, Emma grew up in Boston, Massachusetts and attended Brown University, where she studied Political Science with a focus on American Politics. Prior to joining The Hub, Emma worked in the field on two progressive campaigns in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Most recently, she worked as a Stop Disinformation Field Fellow at Common Cause, where she discovered her passion for working to strengthen our democracy. Evan Dotas

A passionate advocate for human rights, he previously volunteered with Peace Corps to promote sustainable agriculture in Benin and worked with NARAL to protect reproductive rights. Before working at the Hub, Evan worked with ASHLIN Management Group in support of the Department of Labor's Job Corps program. Gabriela Parra

Jack Sheehy

Jack is a Research Manager at the Hub. He conducts research to support multiple campaigns at the Hub in their efforts to make our government and economy work for everyone. Prior to joining the Hub, Jack interned in the Office of Rep. John Sarbanes (D-MD) and the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of Maryland. In 2018, he worked on a campaign for Baltimore County Executive. Jack is from Baltimore, Maryland and is a graduate of Davidson College. Outside of the office, he enjoys cooking, watching the Ravens and the Orioles, and eating good bagels. What's your proudest work accomplishment? Knocking on thousands of doors to help propel an underdog candidate to victory - by only 17 votes! What's the most unusual item in your work space? My collection of baseball helmet ice cream cups from different MLB stadiums.

Jessica Brady

Jessica is the Finance Specialist at The Hub Project where she works on payments, contracts, and regranting. She recently graduated from the College of William and Mary with a BBA in Finance. Jessica has always been interested in non-profits and finding ways to serve her community. Prior to joining The Hub, Jessica was involved in training service dogs for people with differing abilities, ranging from PTSD to diabetes. She also volunteered and worked within the broader autism community in her hometown and Williamsburg. Jessica is originally from Pennsylvania and is a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan (go birds!). Outside of work, she is an avid enthusiast of completing the NYT daily crossword, enjoys finding new restaurants in DC, and loves exploring any type of outdoor space.

Jessica Floyd

Jessica Floyd returns to The Hub Project as Executive Director, having previously served as Managing Director of Campaigns. In that role, she oversaw numerous projects and campaigns related to the economy and democracy, including multi-year accountability efforts against Republicans in the House and the Senate. Floyd returns to the Hub Project having spent the 2022 cycle as President of American Bridge. Floyd has spent her career designing and managing issue advocacy and electoral campaigns at local, state, and national levels. Following several successful campaigns in New York and New Jersey, Floyd managed Congressman Ron Barber's winning congressional campaign and served as Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords' political director. During the 2014 and 2016 cycles, she worked for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee's Independent Expenditure. As its Deputy Director in 2016, she helped to manage paid media programs in targeted districts around the country. She also has extensive experience in government; she managed government affairs in New York for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, served as District Director for Rep. Ron Barber, and worked in the executive office for the New York Governor. Floyd has a Masters in Comparative Government from the London School of Economics and was named one of the American Association of Political Consultants' 40 under 40. What is a podcast you'd recommend? Lately, I've been telling everyone I know to listen to the podcast "60 Songs That Explain the 90s" - it's such a fun tour of great music. What is a book you'd recommend? "Say Nothing" and "Killers of the Flower Moon" are two recent ones I cannot recommend highly enough. What is something you've learned from a professional mistake? Early in my career, I working for a congresswoman, and staffing her at a town hall. A constituent of hers started yelling at her and interrupting the congresswoman's remarks. I went up to the constituent to get them to take a seat, and my boss told me then, and reiterated later, that the whole point of a town hall was for people to be heard. The good, the bad, the disagreements. That constituent was her boss-they deserved to be heard. So much of my work since then has been to make sure that as many voices as possible are heard-it was an invaluable lesson.

Joseline Mata is the Deputy Director of Democracy Campaigns at The Hub Project, where she supports the creation and implementation of national and in-district issue advocacy campaign plans. Prior to joining the Hub, Joseline was the Political Director for Senator Maggie Hassan's successful re-election campaign. She has served on the political teams of a broad group of Senators such as Senator Elizabeth Warren and Senator Kyrsten Sinema. In addition to her work in political campaigns Joseline also worked at the National Domestic Workers Alliance where she served as the day to day project manager on behalf of the Civic Director for strategic initiatives, including state advocacy campaigns, civic engagement programs, and movement building work. Outside of the office, Joseline enjoys completing puzzles with over 1000 pieces and listening to true crime podcasts.

Josh Ford - COO

Josh is the Chief Operating Officer at The Hub Project where he serves as an integral member of the senior leadership team with responsibilities for ensuring the integrity of financial and accounting information across the organization. Prior to joining The Hub Project, he served as a senior member of the Main Campus Finance team of the Office of the Provost at Georgetown University. In his role, he provided senior-level financial and budgetary oversight of academic support units of the Main Campus; serving as a key financial partner to the unit heads of these academic units by facilitating financial, budgetary management, staffing operations, and resource planning & execution. Prior to this role, Josh held similar positions within Georgetown and at other non-profits in the Washington DC area. Josh has a Bachelor of Accountancy from Mississippi State University and an MBA from Texas A&M University. He is currently studying to sit for the CPA exam. In his free time, Josh enjoys outdoor cycling, traveling, trying new restaurants, solving true-crime mysteries, and spoiling his dog Royal. Book or podcast you love to recommend? José Morales

José is the Senior Campaigns Director on the Democracy team at The Hub Project, where he creates and implements national and in-district issue advocacy campaign plans. Prior to joining The Hub Project, he served as Stacey Abrams' chief of staff for her 2022 gubernatorial race and as Deputy Voter Protection Director at Fair Fight Action through the 2020 election. In both roles, he focused on creating historically diverse and impactful teams that navigated voter suppression, white nationalism, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous work also includes helping create the National Democratic Redistricting Committee led by Attorney General Eric Holder and serving as the National Constituency Director for then-Mayor Pete's historic presidential campaign. José studied as a Frederick Douglass Scholar at American University and a Public Policy fellow at Carnegie Mellon University. In his free time, José enjoys live music, dancing (and pretending that it counts as exercise), eating his way through a new city for the first time, and perfecting his roadtrip playlist. He's a proud Nuyorican.

Kate DiLello

Kate is the Director of Development at The Hub Project where she oversees the fundraising program. Prior to joining The Hub Project, she served as Deputy National Finance Director for the Democratic National Committee. During her tenure at the DNC, the major donor team had its most successful four-year cycle ever. In addition to her role as Deputy National Finance Director, she managed the major donor surrogate program for the Biden Victory Fund. Before the DNC, she spent nearly a decade in nonprofit fundraising specifically focused on K-12 education. She served as Managing Director of Development for City Year Washington, DC and Major Gifts Officer at Teaching Matters in New York City. Kate is from Bucks County, PA and a graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania. What is your favorite TV show? My favorite tv show is Ted Lasso. It has so much heart and instantly makes me feel joy whenever I put it on (which is frequently!) If you could have any superpower, what would it be? If I could have a superpower, I would choose teleportation because then I could bop around wherever and travel would be much more efficient. What is your proudest work accomplishment? My proudest work accomplishment was watching all of our planning, sweat and tears come to fruition on November 7, 2020. It made every tough decision, experience and challenge completely worth it.

Kitty Fesmire

She has always been interested in non-profit work and was drawn to The Hub after volunteering for local campaigns and organizations during the 2020 election cycle. Prior to joining The Hub, Kitty worked on intellectual property finance and R&D expense at Lenovo. A native of Chicago, Kitty received her B.S. in Accountancy with a minor in French from the University of Illinois. Outside of the office she can be found trying local coffee shops, watching questionable reality TV, and buying books to add to her already large unread pile. What's your latest obsession? Kobie D. Christian - CCO

Kobie D. Kobie has worked in strategic communications for over a decade. Before joining the Hub, Kobie was a Senior Advisor for the Democratic Governors Association and Florida Democratic Party. He led communications for For Our Future and Mike Bloomberg's Presidential Campaign in Ohio and worked with countless other campaigns, causes, and clients through his communications firm Cavalier Agency. Outside the office, Kobie enjoys spending time with his dog, Buxton, traveling, trying new recipes and restaurants around D.C., and painting. What's your favorite food to cook? My favorite food to cook right now is toasted coconut butter. I can't get enough of it! What's your favorite place to eat in DC? I haven't decided on a favorite place to eat in D.C. yet…but I'm on the hunt! What drew you to this work? I was drawn to this work because I'm really competitive and also purpose driven. I like that you can always refer to polling as a gauge to see how you're doing in spaces like this.

Kyle Phillips

Kyle is the Operations Associate at The Hub, where he supports the Operations and Executive teams in day to day functions of the organization. Additionally, Kyle works closely with the Operations Manager and Director of People, Talent & Operations to foster an exciting and effective work environment for every Hubster. You can find Kyle running around the office with a device needing repair in one hand and a box of birthday decorations in the other. A graduate of Western Kentucky University, Kyle studied Political Science and Economics while interning for a Senate Campaign in Kentucky and the Democratic Party of Wisconsin. Kyle is passionate about rural organizing and creating safe and healthy environments for underrepresented minority youth. While advocating for LGBTQ+ students in college, Kyle spoke before the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education regarding the role gender identity plays on campuses across the state. Outside of advocacy work, Kyle enjoys hiking in nature, binging reality TV, and perfecting old family recipes. What's your favorite food to cook? Leor Tal

Leor Tal (she/her) serves as the Associate Director of Campaigns at The Hub Project, working with national and state partners to integrate communications, research, and digital tactics on the important policy conversations of the day. Leor is passionate about connecting with and mobilizing working people around the issues they care about most. She recently served as the Digital Director at Florida Watch, where she led and implemented the organization's digital strategy across email, social, paid media, and graphic design. Before that, Leor served as the National Digital Organizer at the Democratic National Committee and later moved on to become the Digital Director at For Our Future Florida, a progressive statewide advocacy and electoral organization. Born and raised in Florida, Leor earned dual degrees in Political Science and History as an undergraduate at Florida State University and it was at FSU where Leor found her passion in advocacy and organizing. In her free time, she can be found spoiling her dog, Boobah, obsessively playing Sudoku, binging reality television, or walking around Washington, D.C.

Maggie Downing

Maggie Downing is the Storyteller Manager for the Free & Just campaign at the The Hub Project where she supports the team's work to share real stories demonstrating the consequences of attacks on our reproductive rights. Prior to joining the Hub, Maggie worked in strategic communications at Bully Pulpit Interactive where she crafted integrated public affairs and social impact campaigns. Some of her proudest work includes supporting efforts to increase COVID-19 vaccine equity among vulnerable communities and partnering with New Belgium Brewing's on their climate activism. Maggie is a native of Buffalo, New York and also has roots in Baltimore, Maryland. She attended Georgetown University where she majored in Government and Anthropology. Outside of work, Maggie loves going to concerts at DC's amazing music venues, hanging with her cat Olive, and collaging.

Maria Barrera

Maria Barrera is a Comms Associate from Austin, TX. Prior to joining the Hub, Maria was a Staff Writer for The Daily Toreador (Texas Tech student newspaper). Maria graduated from Texas Tech University in May 2022 with a Bachelor's in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. Confronted with the realities of immigration and the power of politics from a very young age, Maria was drawn to work in the progressive space as a daughter and sister of Mexican immigrants. Her experiences with seeing how DACA changed her family's lives as well as growing up in Texas where women and minorities are especially marginalized by politicians have both sparked her interest in politics. María Reynoso

María is passionate about connecting with and mobilizing working people and underrepresented communities on the issues that matter most. As an immigrant, María understands what it takes to get communities of color involved and has built strong relationships throughout her grassroots organizing work. Prior to joining the Hub Project, María served as the Digital Director at Blue Future, where she led their virtual youth organizing programs and implemented the organization's digital strategy across social, graphic design, and online fundraising. Before joining Blue Future, María served as the Undocumented Student Resource Counselor at Longwood University, where she led new efforts to assist undocumented students obtain financial aid and grants, first-gen college resources and provide assistance on legal matters. Born in Guadalajara, Jalisco and raised in Northern Virginia, María is a proud Mexican-American immigrant who was the first in her family to graduate from college. She earned her degree in Political Science and History as an undergraduate at Longwood University. Nicholas Kitchel

Nicholas is the Director of Digital Partnerships at The Hub Project, working with a wide range of partner organizations and stakeholders to develop and execute compelling digital campaigns. Previously, Nicholas served on Hillary for America's digital team in Ohio, where he led the campaign's youth digital outreach program in the state. Prior to joining the campaign, he was the Senior Advocacy Associate at the Center for American Progress, where he oversaw Generation Progress' gun violence prevention and criminal justice reform programs, helping amplify the voices of young people in the policy space. Nicholas has also worked as an Obama White House Advance Associate, as a field organizer on the 2014 U.S. Senate race in Iowa, and as an intern in President Obama's White House Office of Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs. Nicholas graduated with honors from UC Berkeley, where he co-founded the California Public Higher Education Caucus. He grew up on a farm in rural Northern California, and enjoys surfing, cycling, and exploring the great outdoors. What's your latest obsession? Noah Ashley

Prior to joining The Hub Project, Noah served as the Operations Manager at Deliver Strategies, a firm focused on providing direct mail support to candidates and organizations across the country. During his time there, he provided logistical support to account teams, partners & designers alike. Noah has also previously worked for For Our Future as the National Operations Manager. While in the role he implemented operations procedures and processes for the organization nationally, as well as providing direct support to campaigns in Wisconsin, Nevada, Ohio, Michigan, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Noah is a Columbus OH native, and spends his free time rock climbing, catching up on the latest Marvel movie leaks, and seeing how far he can push the limits of Google Sheets.

Rachael Russell

Rachel Bradford

Prior to joining the Hub, she led Dasher Communications at DoorDash, helping to tell the stories of Dashers nationwide. Rachel also spent nearly five years at Bully Pulpit Interactive where she crafted multi-faceted integrated communications projects for some of the world's biggest brands and campaigns including New Belgium Brewing, the Biden Harris Campaign, Patagonia, and McDonald's. Rachel is a proud alumna of Cornell University where she studied History and Law and Society - and discovered her love for hockey and wine. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, watching her cat and dog cause chaos, cooking, and studying for the Master Sommelier's exam. What's your favorite food to cook? My favorite food to cook is sourdough bread. I picked it up as a pandemic hobby but really love the entire process. The first slice out of a fresh loaf of bread is magical. What's a fandom you're a part of? I'm a very proud member of the Beyhive. Beyonce is an icon and I will hear no Beyonce slander EVER. What are you an expert at? My niche party trick is being able to blindly identify wine varietals. I took the level one exam of the Master Sommelier's process and have been procrastinating level 2 ever since . Rob Lancon

Rob Lancon (he/him/his) is the Operations Manager at the Hub Project. He ensures resources, systems, and processes support team members while elevating their work. Rob joined the Hub Project following nearly a decade at the Louisiana State Capitol, where he worked for the Louisiana Senate, on gubernatorial campaigns, and in government relations. Rob is a proud ‘Army Brat', native of Cajun Country, and a Louisiana State University Tiger. He is the 2012 Civics in Action honoree of the Louisiana State Bar Association and a 2013 gubernatorial appointee to the Volunteer Louisiana Commission. During his time on the bayou, Rob championed causes around positive youth development, public arts, children's health needs, and cultural preservation. The oldest of five siblings, Rob enjoys day tripping, visiting museums, and hiking with family and friends. Rob is driven to connect others with resources, to enhance experiences, and to seek solutions.

In all of her previous roles, she has focused on developing systems to better track information and streamline workflow to enable colleagues to focus on implementing their impactful work. She has been volunteering for and working in political campaigns since 2014. Samantha is a native North Carolinian and alumni of UNC Chapel Hill (Go Heels!). Before her stint in Boston, she was a national campaign strategist at the ACLU and the associate campaigns director at CAP Action, where she worked for 5 years. Sarah Young

Sarah is the Partnerships Manager for Navigator at The Hub Project. She manages relationships with partners, coordinates briefings, and communicates information from Navigator to share our most up to date research. Prior to joining The Hub, Sarah worked in organizing on a variety of Democratic campaigns in Michigan, Virginia, and Arizona. Sarah grew up mostly in Northern Virginia, but lived in Vietnam, Guatemala, and Zambia as the daughter of a diplomat before going to college in California. A graduate of Occidental College, Sarah studied Diplomacy and World Affairs, Spanish, and Gender, Women and Sexuality Studies. She had planned to work in international relations, but got involved in organizing for the 2020 election and never looked back. Outside of the office, Sarah is a huge fan of the WNBA and is a Washington Mystics fan. She loves to travel, eat good food, watch tv, and spend time with friends and family.

A native Michigander, Sari is an alum of several Michigan campaigns, including Senator Elizabeth Warren's presidential campaign and Governor Gretchen Whitmer's gubernatorial campaign. Sari is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she started organizing on campaigns. He's played a key role over the years in various issue advocacy campaigns including Unrig Our Economy, Tax March, Health Care Voter, and Protect The Investigation. Whether he's managing and cultivating strong relationships with external stakeholders, running and building state programs, or leading teams across the organization to produce hundreds of in-person or virtual events across the country, Theo delivers results. Prior to joining The Hub Project, Theo worked at a private charitable foundation dedicated to social justice and protecting natural areas in the public trust where his portfolio of work included managing grants. Theo has also worked for Florida's congressional delegation and on electoral campaigns in Maryland and Massachusetts. A graduate of Boston University and a proud immigrant, Theo enjoys rooting for the French national soccer team, growing vegetables and herbs in his native plant garden, and playing Dungeons & Dragons.

Zach Fletcher

Zoe Sheppard - CCO

Zoe is a Communications Director at The Hub Project, where she develops and implements earned and paid media strategies. Prior to joining The Hub Project, Zoe served as Senior Advisor and Communications Director for Congresswoman Susie Lee, where she helped raise awareness around key issues and votes. Zoe has also led grassroots media campaigns at Everytown for Gun Safety, where she worked to uplift the stories of gun violence survivors and volunteers to show the impact of our nation's gun violence crisis. A seasoned political communicator, Zoe started her career working at BerlinRosen in the issue advocacy practice, supporting communications work for clients on a range of political and policy issues, including reproductive rights, the economy, energy and the environment, and gun violence prevention. Zoe is a native of Birmingham, Alabama, and a California transplant. She attended UCLA (go Bruins!), where she studied political science and public affairs. Outside of work, Zoe can be found trying new restaurants in D.C., catching up on reality TV, and checking destinations off her travel bucket list.
