Role: Air Quality Consultant Alec graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2021 with an MSc in Environmental Practice and joined our team as a Graduate Air Quality Consultant in January 2022. Since joining the team, Alec has focussed on dispersion modelling of road vehicle exhaust emissions and has produced a number of Air Quality Assessments in support of planning applications.

Elliott Lamond

Role: Air Quality Consultant Elliott joined Redmore as a Graduate Air Quality Consultant in January 2022 following completion of his MSc in Environment and Climate Change at the University of Liverpool. During his studies, Elliot developed knowledge of the environmental sciences and completed a number of air quality projects including an independent air quality monitoring project. Since joining the team, Elliot has focussed on modelling industrial and agricultural emissions in support of planning and permit applications throughout the UK.

Ger Parry

Job Titles:

Role: Director Ger is a Member of the Institute of Air Quality Management and Institute of Environmental Sciences and has worked as a professional environmental scientist for approximately 14-years. Ger joined Redmore Environmental in 2016 with an established background in air quality consultancy and technical assessment in support of a range of developments and installations throughout the UK. These include construction projects, power generation schemes, agricultural units, large-scale waste management plants, food and drink manufacturing facilities, as well as other major industrial complexes. Over his career, Ger has developed specialism within the field of odour consultancy and has frequently provided expert advice in relation to the impact of emissions from commercial, industrial and agricultural premises, as well as the design, management and performance monitoring of odour control measures and abatement plant. Ger currently has overall responsibility for odour consultancy, air quality monitoring and industrial emissions assessment work undertaken by the company. This includes management of indoor and ambient monitoring campaigns, as well as completion of air quality studies for a range of projects which are undertaken in support of Environmental Permit Applications, planning applications and regulatory compliance.

Role: Graduate Air Quality Consultant Jessie is an Associate member of the Institute of Environmental Sciences. Jessie joined our team as a Graduate Air Quality Consultant in July 2022 prior to graduating from the University of Birmingham in September 2022 with a MSc in Air Pollution Management and Control. Since joining the team, Jessie has focused on undertaking detailed dispersion modelling of road vehicle exhaust emissions as well as Field Odour Surveys and has successfully produced a number of assessments in support of planning applications throughout the UK.

Jethro Redmore

Role: Director Jethro set up Redmore Environmental in 2015 in order to provide specialist air quality consultancy services. The company has since grown to cover all aspects of atmospheric emissions, from monitoring and modelling to abatement and control system design. As a Director of the company, Jethro is responsible for both technical and commercial aspects of the business. Having worked as a professional environmental scientist for approximately 16 years he has conducted air quality and environmental studies for a range of projects including major road improvement and construction schemes, power stations, oil refineries and other large industrial complexes as well as a variety of residential schemes. These studies have been carried out for Environmental Statements, planning and permit applications and to investigate potential nuisance issues. Jethro often acts as a specialist advisor to Local Planning Authorities and governing bodies, in addition to coordinating multi-disciplinary environmental assessments and acting as Expert Witness at Planning Appeals and Public Inquiries.

Jonathan Franks

Jonathan joined Redmore Environmental as a Graduate Air Quality Consultant in October 2022 following completion of his Masters in Environmental Engineering at Newcastle University. Throughout his studies, Jonathan gained experience planning and implementing monitoring programs including recording concentrations of particulate matter for commuters utilising differing transport modes.

Lauren Casey

Lauren joined Redmore Environmental in 2019 following her graduation from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Management and Sustainability. Lauren has experience designing and implementing bespoke Indoor and Ambient Air Quality Monitoring programs to investigate potential nuisance issues and address concerns regarding the impact of poor air quality.

Megan Hall

Role: Graduate Air Quality Consultant Megan graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2020 with a BSc in Geography and joined our team as a Graduate Air Quality Consultant in May 2023. Meg has an education in Environmental Processes and Conservation. She focused her dissertation on the Relationship between Air Quality and Atmospheric Temperatures.

Pearl Hutchinson

Role: Associate Director Pearl is a Member of the Institute of Air Quality Management and Associate Member of the Institute of Environmental Sciences. Pearl graduated from the University of Lancaster in 2014 with a BSc (Hons) in Conservation Biology. Here she developed knowledge of key environmental issues such as global warming, air and water pollution, deforestation and habitat fragmentation and the associated adverse effects these have on biodiversity and ecosystems. After graduating, Pearl worked within the sampling team and was responsible for recording juvenile salmon and trout populations across the north-west region. She then moved on to work for an odour consultancy where she gained valuable knowledge of odour sampling techniques. Pearl began her career with Redmore Environmental in 2017 and has an established background undertaking complex dispersion modelling of industrial and agricultural emissions in support of planning applications throughout the UK as well as those for environmental permitting. She is particularly interested in the effects of increased atmospheric ammonia and nitrogen deposition on sensitive habitats in the UK and is our go to consultant for providing solutions to this complex issue.
