Mr Waqas Khan has a background in property, structured finance and the financial markets. He began his career as a property entrepreneur over a decade ago by specializing in sourcing undervalued property in the South East. This initial experience led him to naturally shift his focus to property development. Through his well-established network, he concentrated on opportunities in central and greater London. He specifically focused on adding value through square footage and taking advantage of converting undervalued freehold properties into leaseholds. Once established, he continued to branch out to new build developments, including luxury houses and flats. His experience also includes developing commercial property and has dealt with high-profile clients such as Tesco and Sainsbury's. He believes that his extensive and trusted network of property professionals, tight project management on and sourcing undervalued properties are the keys to a successful property development business. Having worked for top tier investment banks in the past, Mr Khan is also well versed in the financial markets and has the ability to understand complicated financial structures.
