Adil Slimani

Adil joined IBA in 2016 and is responsible for driving revenue growth and relationship management across IBA's client base. He has 15+ years of aviation aftermarket experience including; managing support for over 400 commercial aircraft under cost-per-flight-hour contracts, Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) operations, change management, aircraft part out management, as well as aftermarket sales, MRO and inventory management. Adil has recently engaged in IBA's strategies for growth, whilst assisting with multiple audit and due diligence projects for a variety of investors. Alex joined IBA in 2022 as an Insight Client Success Executive. In 2023, Alex was promoted to Client Success Manager and is responsible for managing the customer lifecycle of IBA's digital products and driving collaboration and success to clients. Alex has extensive experience in client services across commercial airline, corporate aviation and frequent flyer programmes in Hong Kong. Andrea joined IBA in January 2023 as Marketing Director. Andrea is a global marketing leader with over 20 years of B2B marketing experience across numerous sectors and geographies. She began her career on the graduate programme at ICL Fujitsu before moving into technology and business events marketing; notably at Gartner where she headed up EMEA events marketing and significantly grew the size of the portfolio and revenue; before moving onto Econsultancy where she led International Marketing for their marketing portfolio of events and awards. She was invited back to Gartner in 2016 to launch Evanta executive C-Level communities into EMEA and APAC. More recently she was Consumer Director at Volvo Cars UK where, as part of the Executive Management team she led the Consumer team across Brand, Consumer Experience, Acquisition and Retention. Andrea has a Post Graduate Diploma in marketing and a Joint Honours Bsc in International Management and Modern Languages (French) from the University of Bath. Dan is a senior aviation strategy manager with over 15 years of experience in aviation. As Head of Consulting at IBA; Dan is responsible for ESG, Airline Strategy, Airline Risk, and Market Analysis. Prior to joining IBA he headed up the Strategy and Planning team at L3Harris Airline Pilot Academy. He began his career on the QinetiQ graduate scheme taking a wide range of roles and activities concerned with advising on flight testing and asset procurement before moving to British Airways as a senior analyst working in network planning, fleet selection, and strategy. Dan has a MEng (Hons) degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol and PGC in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bath. David Bryant

David joined IBA as a Technical Manager in 2018 and brought with him a wealth of experience of over 26 years in a variety of aviation positions. After completing his studies in aviation and aerospace engineering he went on to further study and gain his EASA Part 66-A Licence. Over the last 20 years he has gained extensive experience with working on short, medium and widebody aircraft in both line and hangar operations across the U.K. and Europe. David's role at IBA is Asia Pacific Sales General Manager and is responsible for overseeing all IBA business development efforts in the region and providing aviation intelligence, asset management and assessment support to aviation operators in the region. David has over ten years of management experience and has successively managed the Asia-Pacific sales team and the Greater China team of the financial department of peer companies. He is responsible for market management in multiple areas including aviation finance, aviation industry and air travel. Denis Brailsford

Denis joined IBA in 2021 as Head of Asset Management. Denis's primary focus is to support our clients through any or all aspects of the investment life cycle of their aircraft. Denis and his team are responsible for providing IBA's global clients with our extensive service capabilities, which include: advising on aircraft investment and finance, maintenance forecasting, management and storage programmes, lease negotiations, repossessions, asset redelivery, part-outs, divestment and remarketing. Having worked in the industry for over 16 years, Denis brings with him a wealth of asset management experience. Prior to joining IBA Denis worked for Virgin Atlantic Airways as an Aircraft Asset Manager. In this position, he led the projects for the retirement of Virgin's A340-600 and B747-400 fleets which culminated in early lease returns and the sale of 13 aircraft in 2020. Denis also has experience heading the up the Avionic Design and Development team as Principle Engineer at Virgin, and held roles at EasyJet, GB Airways and British Mediterranean Airways as a Development Engineer in the airlines respective Part M Organisations. Dr. Stuart Hatcher

Stuart Hatcher has been part of IBA in some way since inception back in 1988, joining full time in 2005. As Chief Economist, Stuart is responsible for raising IBA's profile and strengthening client relationships through the leverage of in-house data and expertise. His research focus covers all aspects of commercial aviation. Apart from leading the advisory business at IBA for much of his career, he has also been responsible for creating our digital division leading towards the development of IBA Insight, our leading online analysis platform offering essential market intelligence for aircraft operators and the global aviation leasing and finance community. Stuart has previously held lead roles across operations, sales, and production. Dr Hatcher holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry, as well as being a Senior ISTAT Certified Appraiser.
