Gabriel is a Program Associate who joined 360 Energy Group in the spring of 2021. He graduated from Beloit College in 2018, with a degree in Environmental Studies and Political Science, and afterwards spent two years in the nonprofit world, working with sustainable food supply chains, verifying program standards for agrochemical use and working conditions. At 360, Gabriel works in the ComEd Public Buildings in Distressed Communities (PBDC) Offering, with other responsibilities in communications and marketing.

Wael El-Sharif is the founder of 360 Energy Group and is a recognized leader in the utility energy field both in the U.S. and internationally. He is an analytically-driven business and marketing strategist with extensive expertise in market mobilization and technology demonstration for renewable and energy efficiency technologies. Throughout his career, Wael has designed, developed and facilitated the implementation of over $1 billion in energy efficiency and market mobilization programs for energy companies and government agencies (state, federal, international). He's helped corporate clients, energy services companies and utilities with deployment of more than $500 million of emerging energy technology, and has brokered strategic partnerships with major financing institutions worth $25 million to help institutional customers save energy. Wael is also a skilled policy maker and has helped influence public legislation, regulation and rulemakings in the United States, Canada and Europe. At 360EG, Wael oversees company business development, strategic planning and operations. Prior to forming and launching 360EG, Wael was the Executive Director at the Geothermal Heat Pump Consortium, a $100+ million public-private emerging technology market transformation collaborative. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and a Master of Engineering Management in Marketing of Technology from the George Washington University.
