Barry D. Todd is Chairman and CEO of Invicta Financial Group an independent, fee-for-service financial planning firm.
Barry's passion is to build a community of Trusted Advisers and Ideal Clients that synergize the effectiveness and efficiency of their team to provide the highest fiduciary standard of quality service to each Ideal Client Family.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He earned a Master of Science in Business Administration from William Carey College.
Barry is a retired officer from the United States Army Ranger community with 21 years of honorable service. In 2001 Barry started his career in the financial services industry serving as a Financial Adviser and District Adviser with First Command Financial Planning, Inc. In 2007 Barry founded BDT & Associates, Inc.

Zach graduated from Loras College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and has a Master of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Dubuque in Dubuque, IA. He has extensive experience with retirement plans working at both the plan and participant levels. He has held the Series 7, 65, 6 and 63 securities licenses.
