Christa L. Maiorano is an Associate at Amis, Patel & Brewer, LLP. She has represented developers and investors in financings, development-stage acquisitions and joint ventures involving renewable energy projects throughout the United States. Christa joined Amis, Patel & Brewer from Norton Rose Fulbright in 2021, where she was a member of the firm's Projects group and primarily represented multilateral and bilateral development banks, as well as commercial lenders, in the financing of renewable energy and other infrastructure projects in Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa. Through the representations of lenders, she worked closely with developers, contractors and governments to facilitate successful projects in these sectors. Corinne McCarthy

Corinne McCarthy is an Associate of Amis, Patel & Brewer, LLP. Corinne's practice is focused on representing project developers, owners, sponsors and investors in the energy and sustainability sectors regarding a broad range of matters relating to project finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and project development, ownership and operation. Corinne has experience in drafting and negotiating various project documents including engineering, procurement, and construction agreements, operation and maintenance agreements, equipment supply agreements, and offtake agreements for a range of energy technologies, including offshore and onshore wind, solar (both utility-scale and C&I projects), battery storage and natural gas technologies. She has advised clients on complex debt and equity financing transactions, many of which have involved tax equity structures. Corinne has also assisted clients with dispositions and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, including drafting of operating agreements for development partnerships. Corinne graduated from Emory University School of Law with honors and published a student note in the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. Demitrius M. Anthony

Demitrius M. Anthony is a Partner at Amis, Patel & Brewer, LLP. Demitrius joined APB soon after the launch of the firm in early 2017. He is excited to have the opportunity to rejoin a group of former colleagues in a boutique firm setting focused on the renewable energy and sustainability sectors while emphasizing client service. Demitrius practiced corporate law for 10 years with a major Washington, DC law firm. He then served several years as Associate General Counsel with a major international satellite corporation. Demitrius has broad experience representing public and private companies in connection with a variety of domestic and international transactional and compliance matters, including project development, acquisition and finance in the renewable energy sector; stock and asset acquisitions; joint venture arrangements; business combinations; and corporate formation and governance. His international experience includes providing primary legal support for sales teams in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Mexico, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Taiwan where he participated in negotiating and drafting commercial and government sales agreements, offset agreements, reseller agreements and consulting agreements. He also managed the formation of foreign subsidiaries in the Netherlands and the United Arab Emirates and the dissolution of foreign subsidiaries in Europe. In addition, Demitrius has represented companies and individuals in connection with internal investigations, compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, corporate crisis situations and enforcement actions brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission. Mauricio Posadas is a Partner of Amis, Patel & Brewer, LLP. Mauricio joined his longstanding colleagues to launch APB in 2017 after working with them for most of his career in the U.S., focusing on project development, acquisition and finance in the renewable energy sector (including, drafting and negotiating offtake, construction, operation, and project acquisition agreements). Prior to joining APB, Mauricio worked for two years with the project finance group in the Washington, DC office of Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP, representing multilateral lenders and other financial institutions in the financing of energy and infrastructure projects abroad, focusing on Latin America and the Caribbean. In this context, he represented development financial institutions in deals in Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, El Salvador, Guatemala, Jamaica and India. Mauricio also worked for several years as a tax and administrative law attorney in Venezuela. While in Venezuela, he drafted legal opinions on municipal tax, value added tax, income tax, and tax amnesty regimes; met with high ranking tax officials; drafted actions and discovery documents; submitted oral pleadings before tax courts; prepared oral pleadings to be presented to the Supreme Court; and coordinated the tax litigation practice of his firm. Mauricio is a bilingual attorney and native Spanish speaker. Nathan joined Amis, Patel & Brewer from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, a global law firm, where he worked on renewable energy project finance and development in the solar, onshore and offshore wind and green hydrogen sectors. As a law student, Nathan was a legal intern for the Environmental Defense Fund, where he researched emissions credit trading policies among EEA and EFTA states, and at the Natural Resources Defense Council, where he analyzed a variety of energy policy issues. Tom, together with several longstanding colleagues, founded APB in 2017 after a 30-year career at several major international law firms in New York and Washington. Tom's practice has focused on domestic and international infrastructure development and finance since the mid-1980's. For the last 20 years, his work has been exclusively concentrated in the renewable energy and sustainability sectors. Renu K. Gupta

Renu K. Gupta is a Partner of Amis, Patel & Brewer, LLP, who joined the firm at its inception together with several longstanding colleagues. She is an environmental attorney whose practice focuses on regulatory issues affecting renewable energy and sustainability infrastructure. Her experience extends to the solar photovoltaic, energy storage, onshore and offshore wind, electrical interconnection and controlled environment agriculture sectors. Renu also has assisted clients with development of liquefied natural gas terminals, fuel processing and chemical manufacturing facilities, conventional power plants and linear infrastructure, such as natural gas pipelines, transmission lines, communication facilities and roads. Renu has expertise in managing environmental review, land grant, certification and permitting processes under several federal and state programs. Will McConnell
