Arnie Palmer Property Management is a locally owned and operated company that for the past 35 years plus has been providing affordable student rental properties with excellent locations close to the Queens University Campus. We offer properties that are well maintained by full time maintenance and cleaning staff and we pride ourselves on providing prompt and attentive service. We have a full range of property sizes, bachelor to six bedroom, that are very competitively priced. Most of our residences feature updated kitchens and bathrooms, new lighting, new flooring, new windows, new appliances, some including dishwashers and laundry machines and upgraded heating systems. All of our units of 2 bedrooms or more include a biweekly cleaning service (Sept.- April) for common areas.
