Alan W. Perry is an attorney with the law firm Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, LLP. Prior to February 2015, Mr. Perry was a member of the law firm Forman Perry Watkins Krutz & Tardy LLP for 28 years. Mr. Perry serves on the boards of two charitable foundations with the primary purpose of supporting colleges and universities in Mississippi. He is a former member of the Standing Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Judicial Conference of the United States and served as Law Clerk to Judge Charles Clark, United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.

Charlotte N. Corley is the former commissioner of the Mississippi Department of Banking and Consumer Finance (DBCF). Corley retired from the DBCF in January 2020 after 34 years of distinguished service. She began her career in the banking industry at Great Southern National Bank prior to joining the DBCF as a bank examiner in 1985. She rose swiftly through the ranks of the DBCF and became the banking division director in 2000, then deputy commissioner in 2013 and finally commissioner in 2014. During her tenure as commissioner, assets of state-chartered banks in Mississippi increased by nearly 50 percent from $60 billion in 2014 to almost $90 billion in 2019.

Chris A. Bagley - President

Chris A. Bagley is President and Chief Credit Officer of Cadence Bank. He has served at Cadence and its predecessors since 2014. Mr. Bagley has over 38 years of experience in commercial banking. Prior to joining Cadence's predecessor, BancorpSouth, Mr. Bagley was previously a named executive officer and Chief Credit Officer of Prosperity Bancshares, Inc. in Houston, Texas. At Prosperity, he served on the seven-person executive committee, which directed and oversaw all bank lending and operations. During his career, Mr. Bagley has also served as a regional loan concurrence officer, a voting member of the senior loan committee, a member of the operations and BSA risk committees, and was the lending liaison for the fair lending component of compliance exams. He has also served as a board of directors member for a publicly traded financial holding company. Mr. Bagley earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Stephen F. Austin State University and an MBA from the University of Houston. He is a former advisory board member of the University of Houston banking certificate program through the Bauer College of Business.

Deborah M. Cannon

Deborah M. Cannon is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Houston Zoo, Inc. from 2005 to 2015. Edward "Billy" H. Braddock

After receiving his graduate degree, he served in trading and corporate development roles in the merchant energy business before returning to banking with BOKF, N.A., where he led the commercial banking practice in Houston. James D. Rollins III is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cadence Bank. He has served as Chairman of the Board since April 2014 and Chief Executive Officer since November 2012. Prior to that, he served as president and Chief Operating Officer of Prosperity Bancshares, Inc., headquartered in Houston, Texas, and director of Prosperity Bancshares from 2006 to 2012. Mr. Rollins served as Senior Vice President of Prosperity Bancshares from 2001 until 2006 and became President of Prosperity Bank in 2005. He served as Executive Vice President of Prosperity Bank from 2002 to 2004 and President of the Matagorda Banking Centers of Prosperity Bank from 1994 to 2002. From 1983 to 1994, Mr. Rollins worked for First State Bank and Trust Company in Port Lavaca and Bay City, Texas. Mr. Rollins received a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983. He is a 1989 graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from the National Commercial Lending School in 1993 at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma. Active in community and industry activities, Mr. Rollins serves as chairman of the North Mississippi Health Services' board of directors and is a member of the finance committee and major gifts committee for the Healthcare Foundation of North Mississippi. He leads the company's volunteering efforts, and previously served as the co-chair of the Hope and a Future capital campaign for the Salvation Army in Tupelo, Mississippi. He is married to Becky Rollins (formerly Buchanan), and they have two grown children, Kristin and J.D.
