The Cougar Employee Wellness Program (CEWP) was created to support ALL non-student staff and faculty in being active, being fit, and being well. We believe in the strong link between exercise and your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. In other words, exercise is medicine and exercise is a powerful force in creating a higher quality of life. Our job is to provide you with data on your capacity, provide you with an exercise plan, and provide care and treatment for exercise related aches and injuries. We have a certified exercise physiologist to provide exercise testing and planning. We also have a licensed athletic trainer to assist you in sustaining your program.
