Dawin Tang is a qualified advocate and solicitor of the Malaysian Bar Council and holds a Capital Markets Services Representative's Licence in respect of the regulated activity of advising on corporate finance, issued under the purview of the Securities Commission.
He is also a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
Dawin has extensive experience in legal and corporate finance advisory assignments with clients, which include multi-national corporations, public listed and owner-managed corporations in banking, trading, manufacturing, plantations, construction and property development in Malaysia as well as throughout the region.
Currently, Dawin is actively engaged in advising clients on all aspects of corporate finance, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, fund procurement, valuations and due diligence exercises, as well as insolvency matters, including corporate restructuring (schemes of arrangements and judicial management), receiverships and liquidation.
Tania has over nine (9) years of experience in liquidation and receivership services, transactional services, forensics investigation, compliance assessment and litigation support services.
Previously attached to a Big 4, Tania has served a wide range of clients ranging from public listed to small sized entities across various industries such as oil and gas, property development, construction, food and beverage, engineering, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, hotels & resorts, manufacturing and industrial product, consumer products and plantation.

Vincent is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants, and CPA with the Khmer Institute of Certified Public Accountants & Auditors (KICPAA).
He was the previous Head of BDO Capital Consultants Malaysia, and Asia Pacific head of corporate finance and the Previous Head of Corporate Finance for Schroders Malaysia and Perdana Merchant Bankers, Malaysia.
He is presently serving as director and of a property development listed on Bursa Malaysia.
