Many organizations have Analytics projects and don't have access to the advanced machine learning that provides the maximum predictive power from their data. Meanwhile, grad students, data scientists and statisticians crave real-world data to develop their techniques. DataEaters offers a creative solution to harness this ‘cognitive surplus' of the most motivated data scientists... We are grad students community from St. Mary's College, we want to learn, network, and collaborate with experts from related fields. We bring expertise from many quantitative fields and industries (science, statistics, econometrics, math, physics)... We are a grad student community of data scientists. We collaborate with each other to solve complex data science problems, we love to take on challenges, and solve interesting and sensitive business problems.
