As a consultant working with International and Community Development programs, Jacky specialises in Capacity Building, Governance, Strategic Planning and all facets of Program Management from design to evaluation... Beginning in 2000, Jacky managed development projects in Thailand, Cambodia, Philippines, Bangladesh, PNG, Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Mozambique. She has also served as an advisor to various boards and is a board member of a local grassroots NGO... Further to this, she has provided advice on strategic planning to an African refugee organisation in Australia and provides ongoing advice on program planning and sustainability to an NGO currently working in Malawi.
