Andrew Pardue, AIA, NCARB, Associate Principal, has 13 years of healthcare design experience. Andrew has provided planning and design for all facility sizes, from large-scale hospital facilities, academic medical centers, and replacement hospitals to ASCs and MOBs. He leads dynamic, multi-talented teams, exceeding client expectations from the initial concept and design documents through and construction administration. Andrew understands that effective communication, listening, and quick response times are vital to the success of projects for clients. He is based in Charleston, SC, and has worked with several healthcare clients, earning their trust and navigating expectations. In his free time Andrew enjoys playing golf, volunteering in his community, and traveling.

Casey has more than 15 years of experience with a focus on healthcare and project management. He brings a comprehensive understanding of healthcare delivery and has a strong background in project planning/financial management, document quality assurance, and scheduling. Casey provides expertise in all aspects of project delivery from project development through architectural design, documentation, and construction. Casey enjoys outdoor sports, family time, and volunteering at his church.

Christopher is highly skilled in architectural design, development, and contract documentation for a wide range of healthcare projects. He has worked on a diverse range of projects in healthcare and senior living including complex projects such as invasive cardiology. An effective team member, Christopher is involved in all phases of a project and excels at creative problem-solving during design and construction. He is a teacher and trainer of Aikido, and spends time cycling, and fly fishing.
Emiliano (EJ) Márquez is a healthcare designer in the Dallas office. EJ is a 4wrd Champion collaborating on initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion. EJ is also active in E4Hcares and helps lead the office in philanthropic efforts within the Dallas community. His favorite part of the design process is working through programmatic ideas and bringing them into a schematic design level plan for client/end user review. "As designers, we've been given the training and skills to be able to illustrate a vision on paper that others can't quite see."

Cheryl has over 10 years of architectural experience. She is client-centric and enjoys all phases of a project from concept to occupancy. Cheryl has diverse experience ranging from interior fit-outs for outpatient facilities to larger scale hospital additions and ground-up construction. Cheryl is well-versed in the effective and efficient use of technology as a tool to communicate through documentation deliverables, BIM, and 3D visualization. Cheryl loves spending quality time with her family, exploring on foot and by bike, and conjuring her next delicious concoction in the kitchen.

Chad has over 22 years of architecture and construction administration experience. He has been an Architect/Project Manager specializing in design and construction services on small to large projects, ranging from tenant improvements (TI) to new construction. Chad's brings experience interfacing with public and private clients, planning commissions, building departments, and other public entities required for project completion. Chad is integrally involved in projects from their inception through their completion with careful coordination between disciplines, municipalities, and team members. In his free time Chad likes to do home improvement projects, watch his sons play lacrosse, and go fly fishing.

As a project manager, he has exceptional organizational and technical skills along with construction administration experience for large-scale projects. Highly knowledgeable in BIM, Brent is also skilled in the office areas of IT and finance. Brent enjoys spending time with his family (whether through coaching sports teams, traveling or playing board games), golfing, and working on home projects.
