In 2011, she founded Forbes + Associates, a woman-owned and operated business and in 2015, Noelle decided to grow the Company and began recruiting exceptional Associates to become part of the Sales Team. She opened the flag-ship office in Dana Point, California in June 2016, with additional locations opening in 2019 and beyond... Forbes + Associates Broker/Owner, Noelle Forbes started her career in the Real Estate industry in early 2000. During her time in this industry, she has been involved in Residential Real Estate, Real Estate Office Management, New Home Sales, Escrow Sales and Transaction Coordinating. The combination of these experiences has provided her with the skill and expertise to manage large numbers of transactions through closing, as well as the ability to leverage her time for the most productive and efficient work environment for her Associates, vendors and clients.
