Filmore Walker III leads operations for the 11 facilities in the GAA Family of Companies in the United States and Canada, including ARD Logistics, Key Logistics Solutions, Vitec and STM. Filmore joined GAA in November 2021 as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. He brings a wealth of operations experience and a proven track record across automotive operations, procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, safety, quality, engineering and IT. Before joining GAA, Filmore served as Chief Operating Officer for Stewart Industries, LLC - a tier two automotive supplier - where he delivered four million automotive assemblies annually. He was also responsible for the Quality Sorting and Inspection business unit and led expansion efforts beyond the automotive industry into aerospace and pharmaceutical. Prior to Stewart Industries, Filmore enjoyed a 26-year career and marked advancement with the Kellogg Company in several senior management roles within the Global End-to-End Supply Chain organization. Throughout his tenure with Kellogg, he was responsible for COGS (cost of goods sold) budgets ranging from $100 million to $750 million, consistently delivering performance both domestically and globally in procurement, 28+ manufacturing plants, logistics including multiple distribution centers and 3PLs, quality, engineering and EH&S (environmental health and safety). At Kellogg, Filmore served in a variety of senior management roles, including Vice President of Supply Chain, International Innovation and Special Projects; Vice President of Supply Chain, Asia Pacific; Vice President of Supply Chain, Wholesome and Portable Snacks, North America; Vice President of Natural and Frozen Foods, North America; and Supply Chain Director, South Africa. Filmore began his Kellogg career in 1987 as a Controls Engineer and quickly progressed to Controls Development Engineer in 1990. Between 1991 and 2000, he held the roles of Pilot Plant Engineer, Senior Packaging Engineer, Senior Food Engineer, Product Project Innovation Engineer and Supply Chain Business Partner, Wholesome Snacks.

Karl Grant - EVP

Karl Grant leads GAA and its family of companies, including ARD Logistics, Key Logistics, VITEC and STM-LM in designing and implementing strategies for all new program launches. In his time with GAA, Karl has played a leadership role in many industry-specific initiatives, including oversight of the development of GAA's Aerospace business with Boeing on the 787 Dreamliner program, leading the team to successfully launch multiple locations to support a startup location for Boeing. In doing so, his team effectively certified the company to AS9120 in six months and AS9100 in 12 months. He started his career with GAA in 1998 - playing a key role in the start-up of a new joint venture called ARD Logistics, a full-service 3PL logistics provider focused on supply chain management and logistics. In this role, he was charged with System Setup, EDI, Materials Control, QS 9000 Certification, Facility Management, Operations and Customer Relationship Management. Prior to joining GAA, Karl held management positions in Residential Storage, Marine Transportation and Restaurant Management. His experience in the automotive industry began in 1992 with Venture Industries, where he managed sequencing, transportation, warehousing and rework operations in roles including floor facilitator, production control and operations manager. In 1996, Karl joined the core team responsible for the start-up of MAST Services. In a wide variety of roles at MAST, he was responsible for Logistics Sales, Purchasing, Transportation and Site Management of an assembly sequencing and rework facility. Karl attended Grand State University on an athletic scholarship and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Davenport College, with minors in Marketing, Communications and Math. Karl is married and enjoys quality time with his wife and their pets, working on the farm and trail rides with his horses.

Stevie A. Green joined GAA as the Vice President of Finance in 2016. In this role, he serves as the finance leader of GAA and many of its family of companies, including ARD Logistics, Key Logistics Solutions, VITEC and STM-LM. Stevie oversees all financial aspects of these companies and serves on the Executive Leadership Team, where he provides invaluable financial leadership and direction. Prior to his promotion to Vice President of Finance, he served as the Director of Finance for VITEC, where he led all aspects of the accounting operation, which included corporate strategy, treasury activities, accounting and reporting, business plan development and financial statement preparation. Before VITEC, Stevie was the Plant Controller for Tower Automotive, where he oversaw the accounting operation for one of the company's largest manufacturing facilities. He also held positions as the Manager of Operations Analysis and the Product Programs Finance Leader. During his tenure, he assisted with the implementation of a standardized budgeting and forecasting process for all Tower's North American manufacturing facilities. In addition to his Tower Automotive experience, Stevie served as the Finance Manager for Detroit Chassis LLC, where he was responsible for cash flow management, the development of the budget and business plan, and generation of product pricing strategies for the program management team. A General Motors Scholar, Stevie began his career with GM as a Senior Financial Analyst serving the Cadillac Luxury Car Group, Midsize and Luxury Car Group, and the Metal Fabricating Division, where he had several significant projects that progressed in responsibility as he demonstrated the value of his insight to the divisions and company overall. Stevie was awarded both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MBA from the School of Business and Industry at Florida A&M University. He is married with three wonderful children and enjoys traveling abroad with family and friends.
