Biography
With close to 40 years of experience, Alan brings to FL Fuller Landau LLP a wealth of experience and is known for his practical and logical approach to problem-solving. He became a member of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec in 1979 and completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants in-depth tax course in 1982. He also obtained the U.S. Certified Public Accountant designation with the State of Illinois in 1998.
Alan's expertise addresses clients' needs in personal income tax, small business development, estate planning, and tax planning relative to compensation. He also assists clients with RRSP planning, trusts for physicians, insurance and will planning as well as new business financing. Alan is very much the hands-on professional who "quarterbacks" for his clients in addressing all of their requirements. His expertise has garnered him a considerable client base which includes a large contingent of professionals, particularly physicians, and small businesses operating in a variety of industries such as importing, exporting, real estate and professional services. He also specializes in the preparation of Canadian tax returns for U.S. investors in Canadian real estate as well as the preparation of U.S. tax returns for Americans residing in Canada. Alan's knowledge of tax jurisdictions is a key asset to his clients and the firm.

Biography
Chris obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in 1977. In 1980 he obtained his graduate diploma from McGill University. Chris brings the firm a traditional mix of thorough audit experience, business consulting and a solid tax background.
His areas of specialization include audits, taxation, tax planning, general auditing and accounting, business reorganisation and financial statements. Chris provides support services to a number of accounts in industries such as professional services, chemical, automobile, Hotel, food distribution, investments, real estate and retail.
In the course of his work, Chris is confronted with any number of issues requiring his expertise such as personnel evaluation, tax issues, bank financing, business diversification, investments, accounting software packages, corporate reorganisation and estate planning. With over 35 years of experience behind him, Chris is confident he can tackle any challenge.
Chris believes in the importance of lasting client relationships and in the need to provide them with a high quality of service. "I appreciate any challenge which allows me to bring the client the highest level of service."
A devoted family man with four children, Chris is keenly interested in athletics at the coaching level. He coaches soccer for the Lac-St-Louis and was president of the Dollard Hockey Association.

Jean-Sébastien Ouellet began his career at FL Fuller Landau in 2008 and quickly rose through the ranks to become a manager in the Audit department.

He has over 10 years of experience providing tax and assurance services to a wide range of clients and has developed solid expertise in a variety of sectors including technology, manufacturing, real estate, multimedia and non-profit.
