Chris Steed is a partner in the restructuring practice of Global investment Consult. With more than 20 years of investment banking, consulting and operating experience, Chris provides advisory services to both distressed and healthy companies facing complex financial and/or operational challenges. Chris has extensive in-court restructuring experience and has supported multiple management teams across a number of companies.
Chris earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Skidmore College and a MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a Certified Turnaround Professional (‘CTP') and a member of the Turnaround Management Association.

He was born in Kenya, circa 1976. Dr. Odari Rodgers holds a Bachelor of Commerce in finance and accounting degree from the University of Nairobi. He also holds an Executive Master's in business administration degree, awarded jointly by the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute and Maastricht Business School. He attended upper management courses at Harvard Business School. He is a Certified Public Accountant and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Business Leadership by KCA University in Nairobi, Kenya.
From 2007 until 2012, he served as a banking executive of Kenya Commercial Bank Group, Kenya's largest banking conglomerate. Between May 2013 and March 2016, he served at Deloitte Kenya, as a senior advisor in the financial services division. In March 2016, he left Deloitte and took up an appointment as a non-executive director of Standard Bank Group, the financial services conglomerate based in South Africa. In August 2016 he founded Global Investment consult Limited where he serves as managing Partner to date.
