Alise started working for Homestead in 2021. She like's that Homestead has been a family-owned business for over 30 years. Outside of Homestead, Alise enjoys spending time with her husband, friends and family and her Australian cattle dog, Blue.

Amy joined the Homestead team in 2023. She enjoys the teamwork atmosphere at Homestead, everyone helps each other out without a second thought. Outside of work she enjoys camping and traveling with her family.
Andrew has been with Homestead since 1996. He enjoys working with homeowners to select the right heating and cooling solution to suit their needs. His interests include spending time with his family, cooking, being outdoors, fishing, camping and training dogs.
Ben has been an apprentice at Homestead since 2021 while he finishes school. He works with our service and installation team. Ben's favorite part of working at Homestead is the family atmosphere. Outside of work he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, spending time outside, and going to baseball games.

Chad has been with Homestead since 2006. He is a lead installer, as well as a facility organizer. As much as he enjoys working at Homestead, he also enjoys skiing and traveling.

Cody joined Homestead in 2021. His favorite part about working for Homestead is the way they treat their workers with respect and how they show appreciation for their work and customers. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, and boating.

Dale started working at Homestead In 1990. As one of the owners of the company he is responsible for the install team and making sure equipment is installed to code using manufacturers specifications and to the customer's satisfaction. He is also responsible for the company's fleet of vehicles, the oil deliveries and drivers and the warehouse and inventory. He enjoys DIY projects, hunting and woodworking.
Dan joined Homestead in 2021. His favorite part about working for Homestead is the camaraderie amongst the employees. Outside of work he enjoys running and hiking.
David has been with Homestead since 2020. He enjoys the people he works with day to day as they are supportive and play a key role in developing the most efficient methods to accomplish given tasks. Outside of Homestead he enjoys fitness.
Manny has been with Homestead since 2016. He is responsible for monitoring inventory, reordering stock and returning unneeded and overstock items. Outside of Homestead, Manny's interests include fishing, long drives and spending time with his family.
Garrett joined Homestead in 2021. He enjoys the relaxed environment Homestead has to offer and learning new things every day. Outside of work he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Hannah started working at Homestead in 2021. She enjoys being to help with office tasks. Outside of Homestead, she is a student at Ellington High School and likes to fish and play with her dog.
Jacob joined Homestead in 2019. He is an HVAC apprentice and also helps during installations. Jacob is currently studying at Cheney Tech.
Jeff has been with Homestead since its inception in 1989, and is one of the company's founders. Jeff has the responsibilities of managing the Home Energy Services Division and loves to help the customer find ways to conserve energy and make their homes more comfortable. Outside of Homestead, he enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren, traveling and working outdoors. Making sure the homeowners experience at Homestead is superior one is Jeff's top priority.
Jesse has been with Homestead since 2018. He likes that Homestead is 100% invested in the customer's experience. This empowers those of us that are in our customers' homes to give honest feedback and recommendations solely based on the premise of "what would be in the best interest of our customers." Outside of Homestead, Jessie enjoys playing golf and hockey, reading and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
Justin started working at Homestead in 2022. He enjoys the opportunity for growth, encouragement for cross-training, and the family-like environment. Outside of work he enjoys MMA/BJJ training, lifting weights, spending time with his kids, and fishing.

Justine has been with Homestead since 2017. Her primary function is to provide professional customer support to ensure customer satisfaction. Outside of Homestead, Justine enjoys spending time at her family home on the Cape, cooking, reading and spending time with her family.
Luke joined Homestead in 2021. The thing he loves most about working at Homestead is the top-notch relationships we have with our customers, and how they prioritize their employees. Outside of work Luke has his own car detailing company.
Marc enjoys the team atmosphere and organization of Homestead. Outside of work, he likes to bowl and spend time outdoors.

Matt has been with Homestead since 2016. He enjoys working for Homestead because he gets to do what he loves every day while with a team that is dedicated to the same mission. Outside of Homestead, Matt's hobbies include spending time with family and friends and watching football.
Melinda joined the Homestead team in 2019. She manages all aspects of running the office and may also be one of the friendly voices you speak with when you call Homestead. Melinda enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as hiking with her dog.
Mike joined Homestead in 2021 from our acquisition with Ireland Oil. He enjoys being a part of a team of hard-working professionals dedicated to customer satisfaction. Outside of Homestead, Mike likes to travel, read, work on his old truck, spend time with family and trying new recipes.
Mike enjoys the family atmosphere at Homestead and knowing that there's always a teammate to have his back if needed. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking with his dog and going to the gym.

Mike has been with Homestead since 2007. He enjoys working in the family atmosphere at Homestead. Mike's interests outside of Homestead include fishing and golfing.
Mike has been with Homestead since 2021. He enjoys working for a family-run business that takes pride in the work they do for their customers. Mike's interests include spending time with his son and family and playing lacrosse and softball.
Mike enjoys how everyone works together as a team and is always willing to help each other. Outside of work, he enjoys racing, camping, and golfing.
Nick has been with Homestead since 2016. He oversees the water, plumbing and HVAC service departments. He takes part in many charity events, is an avid skydiver and runner.
Spencer joined Homestead's Energy Solutions team in 2019. Not only does he perform energy audits, but he has previous experience running an Aeroseal crew and installing insulation. Outside of work, Spencer enjoys spending time with his daughter, family and pets.
Steve joined Homestead in 2021. His favorite part about working for Homestead is being able to give customers great work that they can enjoy year-round. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and playing softball.
Tim has been with Homestead since 2021. He enjoys helping families with all their heating and cooling needs. His favorite part about working for Homestead is the company's top-notch service and friendly environment. Outside of work he likes spending time with his wife Sue, walking trails, concerts, and vacationing with family.
Todd joined Homestead in 2021. His favorite part about working for Homestead is the comradery between all the employees. Outside of work he enjoys working on classic cars, car shows, and drag racing.
Tom joined Homestead in 2020. The thing he likes most about working at Homestead is being a part of a team where he knows he will get support for doing the right things. Outside of Homestead, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife, two girls, friends and family. He also enjoys traveling and has had the wonderful opportunity to visit a number of other countries, although he says camping tops the list because he gets to vacation and be with his family and friends.
Toni joined Homestead in 2021 from our acquisition with Ireland Oil. She likes being able to utilize her 19 years of experience to help customers. Outside of Homestead, Toni enjoys going to the beach and watching NASCAR.
