Yeng Kong Yang joined JB Vang in 2019 as Facilities Specialist, is responsible for facility coordination and management services - including system upgrades, preventative maintenance, safety and code enforcement. His experience lies in successfully managing the performance, maintenance, and repair of building systems, while working effectively with cross-functional staff to optimize overall facility performance. Throughout his career, he has adept at ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while facilitating streamlined operations and improving facility safety and security.
Cerena L. Vang joined JB Vang Partners in 2018 as Asset Manager and Development Associate.
She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota and in 2020 she graduated from The REDI program.

Blai joined JB Vang as Facilities Manager in 2016. Blai brings on with him many years of management experience. Previously, Blai has worked at Kellogg's and Vista Technologies, where he gained valuable experiences in logistics, process management and repairs and maintenance. As a Facilities Manager, he takes pride in his work by working closely with his co-workers, clients, tenants, and vendors to improve and provide the best services.
Nadine Dybevik joined JB Vang in 2022 as Controller, is responsible for accounting and business entities. She has worked in the accounting field most of her professional career.
J. Kou Vang became President of JB Vang in September of 2002. He brings with a wealth of experience in Finance, Accounting and Investment. Before to joining JB Vang he was Vice President of Commercial Lending and an Investment Advisor for Western Bank in St. Paul, MN. While at the Bank, he managed both a commercial loan portfolio and an investment portfolio. He was heavily involved in commercial real estate lending and development/construction projects. Prior to joining the Bank, Kou was President of an Asian food importer and distributor. He has held a number of other finance/accounting positions with other organizations.
Kou is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Madison with a degree in Economics with a focus on financial models.
Prior to joining JB Vang, Justin was a Project Manager at The Ackerberg Group, a Minneapolis real estate firm focused on office and multifamily developments in the Twin Cities. While there, he managed the development of several projects involving office and retail lease negotiations.
Joelle Pandey joined JB Vang's construction division at the beginning of 2020. From the initial bidding phase to project closeout, Joelle provides administrative support to Project Managers throughout every stage of construction. Her primary responsibilities include document control, project setups and purchasing.
Prior to her role at JB Vang, Joelle worked as a Project Coordinator for over 14 years at both the subcontractor and general contractor levels. Her background includes government and commercial projects, ranging from new roadway construction to high-volume remodel rollouts for national brands in the USA and Canada.
Joelle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Oklahoma Baptist University. In her free time she enjoys running, hiking and traveling.
Dee Her joined JB Vang in 2023 as Client Services Coordinator and provides administrative support for Facilities, Development, and Accounting teams. She comes to us with a diverse background in construction and real estate services. Dee has over a decade of experience in project coordination for both general contractor and subcontractor, and 7 years as a real estate agent who specializes in guiding residential buyers through new construction buildouts.
Dee earned a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship from the University of Saint Thomas in 2014. In leisure, she enjoys experimenting with gluten-free recipes in her kitchen, outdoor activities, and traveling.
Judy Mueller, the "J" in JB Vang, has been in the real estate business for over 35 years. She began her real estate career as the Assistant Building Manager at the Griggs-Midway building, a 350,000 sf office-warehouse which was ultimately converted to full office. Judy became the Building Manager/Leasing Agent Griggs in 1975 and took a 1/2 full building to 97% filled in 1977, then assisted in the sale of the property and stayed on as Manager/Leasing Agent until 1982.
Bob Van Hoef, the "B" in JB Vang, was born April 15, 1922, in Grand Haven, Michigan. He was a 1947 graduate of the University of Cincinnati, and a 1949 graduate of the University of Michigan. He also attended the University of London.
He served his country in the U.S. Army as a 1st Lieutenant during two periods of active duty, World War II and the Korean War. He was twice decorated with the Bronze Star medal.
Bob worked in the field of urban planning and development and was the Planning Director for Muskegon, Grand Haven, and the Michigan State Highway Department.

Ashely Bisner joined JB Vang Partners in 2023 as Senior Development Manager and is responsible for overseeing the development and construction of JB Vang's commercial real estate projects. She is involved in the predevelopment process, design, entitlements, construction oversight, and financial management to ensure every project reaches its greatest potential. These developments vary in size, from small renovations of underutilized assets to large-scale, ground-up construction projects.
Prior to joining JB Vang, Ashley was a Development Manager at a St. Louis, MO, real estate firm focused on multifamily and student housing development in a variety of markets, including Tampa, FL, Knoxville, TN, and Boise, ID. While there, she managed the development of several projects involving complex mixed-use apartment and retail transactions. Ashley's career in the built environment began at a California based tax credit syndication and community preservation firm.
Ashley earned her Master's of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Augsburg College in 2013.

Npheng Kong joined JB Vang in 2017 as Administrative Assistant, is responsible for coordinating and monitoring various procedures designed to expeditiously complete projects, and providing day-to-day communication with each project team and clients. She is responsible for creating construction projects in Procore, submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, closeout documents and scheduling, bidding of new projects, generating bids, draws and change orders. Npheng monitors city compliances and regulations using LCP Tracker, VOP Compliance Reporting System and B3 Guidelines Tracking Tool.
A team player, Npheng holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with Development Manager (DM), Owner's Representative (OR) and General Contractor (GC), resulting in successful construction experiences.

Tong Khang joined JB Vang Partners in 2021 as Senior Advisor, is responsible for overseeing the commercial real estate leasing and brokerage business. Tong Khang provides tenant representation, landlord representation, and consultation services to meet each client's real estate needs.

Deu Xiong-Vang joined JB Vang (fka JB Realty Co.) in July of 2005 as their Property Manager and later became the Controller. She has a wealth of experience in the business operation along with her accounting and finance background from the banking industry. Prior to joining JB Realty Company, Deu serves as the Business Services Manager for HOPE Community Academy in St. Paul, Minnesota. In this position she manages all non-educational aspects of the school operation.
