LEAP Social Services is a mobile service, whom provides a vast range of support for young people across the Sydney Metropolitan area, on call 24 hours, 7 days a week... LEAP provides categorised services, however we understand that children and young people often benefit most from personalised, tailored support, which is often a custom combination of categories. Our categories of support are as follows: Mentoring, Supervised Contact Visits, Supervised Transport, Respite Support, In-Home Support and Overnight Residential Care Support.
