Welcome to the website of MacQuarie Quay and its Management Company, Victoria Quay Management Company Limited (VQMC). VQMC is operated by voluntary Directors, elected from resident leaseholders; currently Yvette Hubbard as Chair, Tricia Dalal and Michael Foy. The Board was newly formed in July 2024. In forming this Board, our objective is to make this a better place to live, by serving the needs of all leaseholders and ensuring that every penny of shareholders funds spent is fully accounted for and represents the very best value for money.
