Amine has more than 9 years of experience in the fields of statutory audit, contract audit and consulting.
During his experience with Coopers Audit, Amine has taken on several statutory and contractual audit assignments on behalf of large groups operating in different sectors. He has also been in charge of various tax and legal consulting assignments.
Amine joined Baker Tilly Majer as Manager Audit & Advisory.

After 7 years of experience at Deloitte Paris, Chakib Zaari joined Deloitte Morocco in September 2009 for 3 years. He has been in charge of managing various audit and statutory audit assignments, as well as various audit related assignments including several business reorganization, internal audits, and due diligence assignments on behalf of Moroccan and foreign investors.
He has also been involved in the internal functions of the Paris and Casablanca offices, where he was in charge of training.
At the end of 2010, Chakib co-founded Majer. He has been managing partner of the firm since then.
With a long audit experience with Deloitte in both public & private sectors of 6 years, Mehdi has conducted several audit engagements mainly on the behalf of industrial and services companies. He has also undertaken engagements in due diligence / valuation, internal auditing. He is also skilled in IFRS and US GAAP.
During the year 2017, Mehdi has joined Majer Consulting as manager.

Mohamed has more than 10 years old experience, he initially worked for four years as a management accountant to act as a Consultant in Deloitte Conseil right after. He was in charge of several portfolios accounts, their control and supervision. He was also in charge of financial, accounting, legal as well as taxation consulting.
In 2012, he filled the post of Administrative and Financial Manager at PININFARINA Maroc for 2 years where he was in charge of the reporting's maintaining and monitoring in collaboration with all the entities of the firm and the group.
