Background
Carolyn is a seasoned Medical Case Manager with 30 years workers' compensation, disability management and eldercare experience. She is licensed as a Registered Nurse in her home state of Georgia as well as Alabama and North Carolina. She is also a certified case manager through CCMC and registered with Georgia and Tennessee as a rehabilitation provider. Carolyn worked as a Field Case Manager, Telephonic Case Manager and Branch Manager with major workers' compensation payers which allows her to have a unique understanding of the needs of injured workers, as well as the carriers. Due to her diverse background in TCM, Utilization Review and Bill Review she has an excellent understanding of medical cost management. Carolyn also has a strong commitment to quality and training. From her experience building and rebuilding case management teams and developing case managers; her motto has become, "Practice what I preached" to assure exceptional service delivery.

Background
Jonte' is responsible for new business development and client relationships. With over 25 years in the workers' compensation and liability insurance industries, Jonte' brings Manley & Associates' clients her extensive experience and problem solving abilities.
Jonte' began her career in the WC industry as a Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor handling both Vocational and Medical Case Management. With a national Case Management firm, she served as a team lead for Critical Incident Stress Debriefings for Injured workers related to traumatic work environment events and post traumatic stress disorder. In her prior senior positions, Jonte' has supervised CM departments, delivering positive outcomes for injured employees, employers and insurers. She has been "in the field" and knows the right way to get things done for her clients, old and new.
Jonte' is a native of Louisiana and resides in New Orleans with her husband and four children. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at Covenant House in New Orleans.

Leigh Ann Watson is responsible for business development and client relationships. With over 15 years in the workers' compensation and liability insurance industries, Leigh Ann brings Manley & Associates clients her vast experience gained from current relationships with an extensive list of national TPAs, insurance companies, and self-insureds.
Leigh Ann began her career in the Workers' Compensation claims arena with a regional carrier, progressing rapidly from the operations to the business development side of the industry.
Leigh Ann, a native of Georgia, resides in Dunwoody. Leigh Ann has been actively involved with Kids' Chance, Inc, raising funds for the children of catastrophically injured workers.
