Jeffrey D. Gautreaux

Jeffrey D. Gautreaux earned his Juris Doctor summa cum laude from the University of Arizona College of Law, and his B.A. summa cum laude in Media Production from Hastings College in Hastings, Nebraska. His areas of focus at the firm are criminal defense, civil litigation and appeals. Jeffrey also handles real estate disputes and personal injury cases. He previously clerked for the Hon. Patricia K. Norris at the Arizona Court of Appeals. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the Yavapai County Bar Association, and is admitted in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Prescott YMCA of Yavapai County.

Josh Butner

Josh Butner is a graduate of the California Western School of Law in San Diego, Juris Doctor. He was a deputy County Attorney with the Yavapai County Attorney's office before joining the firm. He is 23-year veteran of the United States Navy SEAL Teams and lead special forces overseas in multiple combat zones. Josh also holds two master's degrees, an MS in Defense Analysis, and an MS in National Security Affairs. He is a member and Secretary of the Yavapai County Bar Association. His area of law specialty is in criminal and family law.

Mark W. Drutz has had 80+ jury and non-jury trials throughout Arizona over the past 38 years. He has appeared in the Arizona State Court of Appeals at least 20 times. He has obtained verdicts and settlements in excess of $25 million dollars. Mark received his B.A. cum laude from the University of Kentucky and received his law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1980. He is a founding member of Musgrove Drutz Kack Flack, PC since 1985. His practice is focused on litigation that includes bodily injury, wrongful death, real estate and commercial cases. Mark appears in courts throughout Arizona and is a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers and the State Bar of Arizona.

Sharon M. Flack received her B.B.A. cum laude from Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan before studying law at Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, Arizona State University. Sharon is licensed in Arizona State and Federal Courts, the Navajo Nation Courts, and White Mountain Apache Tribal Courts. She has been a partner at the firm since 2008. Her areas of expertise are personal injury cases, property/real estate law, estate and succession planning, probate/contested estates, creditors' claims and business disputes. She is passionate about volunteering and has served on the State Bar of Arizona's Military Legal Assistance Committee, Yavapai Big Brothers Big Sisters Board of Directors, and Yavapai County Bar Association (past-President). Currently, Sharon represents Yavapai County on the State Bar's Board of Governors, an elected position.

Thomas P. Kack

Thomas Kack earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona College of Law with distinction, and his B.S. from Northern Arizona University cum laude. In 1992 Tom became a partner at the firm. He represents various business persons and companies, drafting everything from formation documents to business sale documents, and litigating business disputes. Tom is also experienced in real estate law from advising and drafting purchase documents to development of subdivisions. He proudly represents many local business contractors and has been a member of the American Bar Association since 1999.
