Membership Intelligence came about to address the broad needs of Membership Organisations' reporting. Our founder ( Glenn Kelly ) working with Unions and Membership organisations noticed that there was a common ‘model' to these organisations. He realised that it is possible to transform any membership system's data to this common model, and reuse ready-built reports, dashboards, analytics and even predictive systems at a fraction of the cost it would take for each organisation separately... Our goal has been to help Unions and Membership Organisations increase their membership, and solve their churn issues... We also provide predictive analytics. Giving you the insight you need to support members before they are likely to depart. This has been shown to be incredibly effective in reducing membership churn and is used by large organisations from Telecoms to Banks.
