Eric is one of the top dealmakers in the Cybersecurity industry with a prolific M&A track record advising on and orchestrating deals with industry leaders such as ADT, Symantec, McAfee, Proofpoint, Mimecast, Hewlett-Packard, Acer, Amazon, CenturyLink, Google, Intel, and many more.
Prior to co-founding Momentum Cyber, Eric was Founder & Managing Partner of Momentum Partners, the precursor to Momentum Cyber. Earlier in his career, Eric served as a Managing Director with Blackstone where co-founded Blackstone's Silicon Valley office and led the firm's Cybersecurity advisory practice. In 2010, Eric was recognized by Steve Schwarzman with the CEO Star Award and featured along with a profile on one of his transactions in Blackstone's 25th anniversary Annual Report for extraordinary contributions to the firm.
Eric began his Wall Street career at Salomon Smith Barney and Citi where he served as a senior member of the Enterprise Software Investment Banking team leading sector coverage in Security. Prior to a career on Wall Street, Eric served his country as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force where he was honored as the Military Engineer of the Year in 2000 for his engineering contributions to the Joint Strike Fighter Program, which included saving taxpayers $80 Million through an innovative stealth recoating design.
Eric earned an MBA with Distinction from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management where he was a 2-year Wade Fetzer Scholar. He also earned a BS Civil Engineering from Purdue University on an Air Force ROTC Scholarship as well as his MS in Engineering Management from the University of Dayton where he was a Dayton Area Graduate Studies Institute scholar - both full ride scholarships.
Dave DeWalt has spent over 30 years in the Technology industry holding a series of leadership positions in some of the industry's most innovative and successful companies.

Dave has been a successful CEO for 17 years, with his most recent stint as FireEye's Chief Executive Officer from November 2012 to June 2016 and Chairman of the Board from June 2012 to January 2017. Dave was President and Chief Executive Officer of McAfee, from 2007 until 2011 when McAfee was acquired by Intel Corporation. From 2003 to 2007, he held executive positions with EMC Corporation, a provider of information infrastructure technology and solutions, including serving as Executive Vice President and President-Customer Operations and Content Management Software. In 2003, as President / Chief Executive Officer, he led Documentum through nine consecutive quarters of growth, five record revenue quarters and four successful acquisitions before leading its sale to EMC for $1.9B.
Dave's current investments and board roles include Optiv, ForeScout, Phantom Cyber, ForgeRock, Claroty, Callsign, Illusive Networks, the two leading cyber incubators in Team8 and DataTribe, and Delta Airlines.
Dave also held various executive positions at Quest Software, Segue and Oracle Corporation. Over the course of his career he has helped build companies from startup (Eventus, Quest) to midsize (Documentum, Segue) to some of the largest (Oracle, EMC). A true expert in acquisitions, he led the sale of McAfee, Documentum, and Eventus, has been acquired three times, and has acquired more than 50 companies over the course of his career.
Dave has substantial expertise in the information technology security industry and his strategic and operational experience. Dave was named one of the 25 most influential executives in high technology by the readers of the industry publication CRN. He has spoken at the World Economic Forum on the issue of cyber security and keynoted at several technology industry conferences including Interop and Software 2008 and RSA.

Ken Gonzalez has been a senior operating executive at technology companies for over 20 years. He has led the strategy and corporate business development functions for Siebel Systems (Oracle), McAfee, Avast and FireEye. During his career he has completed over 40 acquisitions, 23 in cyber security. He has created, managed and grown numerous strategic go-to-market partnerships from technology integration, to OEM, to resell, to two-tier distribution.

Michael Tedesco is one of the top Technology dealmakers of his generation, with 23 years experience advising CEOs and boards of companies at all stages of their lifecycle. Based in Silicon Valley since 2001, he has advised on 100+ completed M&A and financing transactions with aggregate value in excess of $100B. This includes many of the highest profile, transformative transactions in Technology such as the Peoplesoft takeover defense and subsequent sale to Oracle; EDS sale to HP; IBM's acquisitions of Cognos & PWC Consulting; and the HP/Compaq merger. Such advisory roles were recognized five times for the Investor Dealers Digest Technology Deal of the Year.
Michael‘s last role at an institutional Investment Bank was Head of US M&A and Global Technology M&A at Jefferies from 2010-2014. Previously, he held a similar M&A role at Citi Global Markets and its predecessor Salomon Brothers, where he also served as co-head of Americas Technology Banking.

In addition to DeWalt, over the course of her career at the company, Therese also supported the following executives and their direct reports: The Founder, Executive VP of Worldwide Sales, Executive VP of General Counsel and Secretary, and VP of Technology Alliance Partners. Therese regularly went above and beyond her ‘job description', and was instrumental to the cultivation of the culture at the company, as well as its overall success.
