Mr. Leybovich, Founder & Chief Technical Specialist of NDTCP&AP, LLC., is an Electrical Engineer with a background in Applied Electro-Physics and Vacuum Science. He has more than 35 years of working experience in cross-disciplinary fields of material science, thin film technology, and NDT applied to R&D and manufacturing of electronic devices and electronic consumables (sputtering targets). As a manager of Material Evaluation Lab & NDT at TOSOH SMD, Inc, Grove City, Ohio, USA, Mr. Leybovich pioneered development and deployment of advanced techniques for nondestructive testing. Mr. Leybovich has been an active member of ASNT since 1999. Currently he is serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Central Ohio Section of ASNT. He is active participant and frequent presenter at ASNT meetings and conferences.
