Amelia Showalter - CEO, Founder

Amelia Showalter is the Co-Founder and CEO of Pantheon Analytics. In 2012 Amelia served as Director of Digital Analytics for President Obama's re-election campaign, where she led a cutting-edge team that designed and implemented hundreds of online experiments. Previously she provided data analysis and microtargeting to dozens of campaigns as a strategist at Changing Targets Media and MSHC Partners. After the Obama campaign, Amelia established a solo consulting practice, helping her clients adopt data-driven strategy and a culture of rigorous testing. An experienced speaker and trainer, Amelia has given workshops and speeches around the world, including a popular TED talk about A/B testing at TEDxAthens. Amelia graduated cum laude from Harvard University and holds a Masters in Public Policy degree from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

Bobby Courtney

Bobby Courtney is the Vice President of Engineering at Pantheon Analytics, as well as a former analyst for Hillary for America, Obama for America, and EMILY's List focused on growing their digital organizing and fundraising programs. As an independent consultant he also worked as the data director for the 2018 Connecticut Democratic Coordinated Campaign. Bobby specializes in creating data pipelines, experimental design, and reporting. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and recently completed a Master's in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School.

Evan Zasoski - Founder, President

Evan Zasoski is the Co-Founder and President of Pantheon Analytics. In 2010 Evan began work at the Democratic National Committee as an Analytics Engineer before moving on to Obama for America in 2011 where he served as the Deputy Director of Digital Analytics. At OFA, Evan worked with his team to build and maintain important infrastructure for critical automated reporting systems and to produce datasets for targeting models and fundraising projections. After the 2012 election, Evan went on to become Director of Analytics for Avaaz.org where he created their reporting systems, built targeting models, and worked with the Avaaz team to answer key questions about fundraising, member engagement, and list growth. After his time at Avaaz, Evan became an independent consultant, focusing automating his client's reporting needs, targeting key audiences for fundraising and engagement, and building rigorous testing programs to maximize their mailing list performance. Evan holds a Masters in Computer Science from Georgia Tech.

Thea Patrick

Thea is an Analyst at Pantheon Analytics. Before joining Pantheon, she worked at Clarity Campaign Labs and EMILY's List to support progressive candidates running for office through polling, data analysis, and background research. Thea also volunteered for candidate and issue campaigns in her home state of South Dakota to promote Democrats running for office and issues like ranked-choice voting. In 2022, she graduated from Augustana University with degrees in government and psychology.

Zach Going

Zach Going is an Analyst at Pantheon Analytics. Since 2016 he has been working with grassroots organizations in Massachusetts to elect Democratic candidates and empower municipal Democratic committees to make progressive changes on a local level. He graduated from Tufts University in 2019 with a degree in physics. He believes that mathematical modeling and the scientific method will be key in solving the 21st century's biggest social problems.
