Dan has a long track record in the regional property market working primarily in Greater Manchester and Lancashire but often further afield. Dan deals with properties across all sectors including offices, healthcare, industrial, retail and roadside as well as investment and large scale development projects.
He is retained by numerous clients to source opportunities for them, advises both private and institutional clients alike.

Danny has a number of years experience working in the areas of agency and more recently property management having joined Parkinson back in 2011. Initially concentrating on agency work, supporting the senior Surveyors and agency team before acquiring his own Instructions and building up a client base to establish himself locally as a proficient commercial agent.
Danny has added to his experience having in recent years taken an active role in the property management department, assisting colleagues in the day to day duties before progressing to taking full control of the client files. As the main contact for clients and tenants across the varied portfolio to include single and multi-lets, he deals with matters relating to the commercial management generally along with the periodic statement preparation and associated financial reporting. Whilst seeking to provide advice, identify issues or opportunities where practicable with the aim being to add value to our client's properties as part of Parkinson's Asset Management offering.
He also obtained his ABBE Level 3 Certificate in Non-Domestic Energy Assessment providing experience and knowledge of Commercial EPC's.

Graham is a Director in the Lease Consultancy Team at Parkinson RE, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor over twenty years ago. Graham advises a variety of clients focusing on instructions in the northwest of England on commercial property, rent reviews, lease renewals, lease restructuring and condition/dilapidation disputes.
Graham concentrates on providing expert advice across the industrial, office and retail sectors of the commercial property market with a strong reputation in the lease consultancy field.
Graham also enjoys representing a number of retained niche clients undertaking the disposal and acquisition for both commercial and residential development land primarily in the Lancashire area.

Karl brings over 10 years' experience in property and asset management working across multiple property sectors.

With over 30 years experience within the regional and overseas property market, Tony has an extensive range of knowledge within the property market. At Parkinson Real Estate, Tony advises a wide range of clients, be they large institutional operators or private clients on property matters across many property sub-sectors. His main role is within the PRE Valuation Advisory team, providing advice and support to clients in connection with both commercial and residential property matters throughout the North West of England.
In 2018, Tony celebrated his 23rd year as a member of the Royal lnstitution of Chartered Surveyors and remains proud to be a member.
