Alan Monnox

Alan's tenure in the IT industry goes back over several decades and during that time he has been fortunate to work on many large-scale systems and solutions for a range of business sectors and industries, including energy, finance, retail and healthcare. Information security and security architecture are Alan's main passions. His background in both software development and IT infrastructure means he is uniquely placed to advise even the most complex organisations on how they can establish and manage their cyber defences. Alan is the Author of the book Rapid J2EE Development published by Prentice Hall.

Chris Clarke

A business focused IT leader who is passionate about enabling businesses to succeed through the innovative use of IT. Chris's last permanent position was as CTO for a Canterbury Software firm that was successfully acquired by a large US healthcare company. Chris has a background in product and consulting firms, with experience across government, energy, retail and healthcare both here and in the UK. Chris uses his wealth of IT strategy, implementation and product knowledge to deliver software solutions, streamline IT functions and advise on IT strategy.

Rachel has over 15 years experience within the HR, and supporting industries, encompassing both the private and civil service sectors. The most recent of these was for a UK based company specialising in data management and analysis within the FMCG industry. Her skills within the HR environment include the complete recruitment lifecycle with proven performance in increasing staff levels in a rapidly growing company that grew from 10 employees to 50 within 3 years. Rachel also has proven skills in dealing with staff transfers, notably moving approximately 20 employees to another company prior to acquisition of the business.
