STATE STREET ACADEMY

State Street Academy is a Michigan public school academy chartered through Bay Mills Community College and our ESP is Access Point. State Street Academy's educational goal is to prepare students to be creative, intuitive, and analytical thinkers with a solid understanding of the history of ideas... State Street Academy offers Federal Title I services, which are designed to assist students who are struggling in all core academic areas. These federal funds are based on the percentage of free and reduced lunch count data. Title I funds are used to hire intervention teachers, instructional paraprofessionals, curriculum supplies, and professional development. The Academy has a Title I parent committee which allows parents to have input into how the Title I program is implemented and designed.
