In addition to his wide range of experience within the Sales and Marketing sectors, Bob's prior experience as a Management Consultant with Alexander Proudfoot Company provides a solid platform for a thorough understanding of business processes, challenges and solutions across industry lines.

Ibrahim Koroma

Ibrahim supports Sun's M&A division by assisting clients in successfully achieving their business sale goals. In his role as Vice President, he is responsible for financial modeling, facilitating transaction negotiations, and guiding clients through the various stages of the business sale process to effectively execute transactions. Ibrahim has played a pivotal role in the consummation of transactions across a wide range of industries. Ibrahim brings over a decade of experience working with privately-held, lower-middle, and middle-market companies. He completed his studies at the Rutgers Business School and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. Following graduation, Ibrahim worked as a Business Banker at PNC Bank, where his primary responsibilities included small business and commercial real estate lending activities. Ibrahim brings his experience working with small business owners across a wide spectrum of industries and extensive knowledge of financial statement analysis to the Sun M&A team.

Randi joined Sun Mergers & Acquisitions in 2014. Previously, she spent nineteen years working for Goldman Sachs and Company in New York, N.Y. as a Vice President. She held key Financial, Strategic Planning and Project Management roles for senior management across five different divisions during her tenure. Her expertise was in analyzing the financial dynamics of business lines and implementing changes to improve profitability and streamline operations. Randi brings this expertise to Sun and oversees our Operations, Marketing, and Quality Control.

Rosanna Mangone

Rosanna joins Sun with more than 25 years of experience in trading global equities. She has held significant positions with prominent New York asset managers. Rosanna's experience includes executing a wide range of transactions, including IPOs and secondary offerings, in all domestic and international markets, across large, mid, and small cap markets. She has conducted all aspects of market research and is particularly attuned to the importance of market timing. Rosanna is responsible for many of Sun's operational and financial functions, special projects and client communications. Rosanna earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Communication from St. John's University. She also held Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Thomas F. Theurkauf

Biography Thomas F. Theurkauf, CVA Vice President Business Valuations Thomas is a Vice President at Sun where he actively manages valuation engagements and supports the investment banking division. He has extensive knowledge of business valuation principles and has completed over 1,000 valuation engagements for many different purposes, including M&A, succession planning, buy-sell agreements, marital dissolutions, partnership disputes, partnership acquisitions, and estate and gift tax purposes. He is a frequent lecturer and writer on business valuation issues and regularly serves as an expert witness in cases involving business valuation disputes. After graduating from St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Mr. Theurkauf continued to pursue academic accomplishments, which include the CVA, ASA, and CFA designations.
