Ahmed Taleb

Ahmed Taleb is joining the ActiveProspect team as the new VP of Client Success. Ahmed has spent the past 15 years leading client success teams at some of Austin's most successful SaaS businesses. Ahmed's CS journey began with an onsite assignment at Dell as an Account Manager with digital agency Critical Mass. With the Austin technology landscape beginning to blossom, Ahmed soon entered the technology space with Bulldog Solutions where he led customer facing teams and reshaped the company's go-to-market strategy. Over the next 11 years, Ahmed's career led him to leadership positions with Bazaarvoice, Adometry, Google, and Spredfast, where his focus on driving customer-led, sustainable growth helped fuel successful exits ranging from strategic acquisitions to a public offering. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and an MBA from KU. Outside of work, Ahmed and his lovely wife Katie can often be found listening to live music at Stubb's or traveling for the full festival experience at Jazzfest. When the weather's cool, Ahmed loves to ride his single-speed BMX cruiser around town, often culminating in a stop at one of Austin's many craft breweries. And when the work day is over, he usually makes time to strum one of his handful of guitars, or tinker with his growing collection of tube amps.

Alex Wolfe - CTO

Alex joined the ActiveProspect founding team in 2005 and played a key role in creating product strategy and technology for the company. As a product innovator, he led the creation of our core product offering. Today, he works closely with the Product team while overseeing the Engineering organization and driving our forward-looking solutions and future technologies.

Benjamin Farrar

Benjamin Farrar has 20+ years of experience in global data regulation compliance, data privacy risk, information security, risk management, internal auditing and consulting. A skilled translator of industry data laws, regulations, and security risk requirements into business operations. Collaborating successfully with information technology, legal, compliance, risk management and vendor functions. He has advised in multiple data regulated industries including Digital Marketing, Market Research, Financial Services and Healthcare.

Gregg Poulin

As the Vice President of Marketing, Gregg is in charge of overseeing all marketing functions, including: corporate marketing, demand generation, public relations, strategy, branding & positioning, and events. Gregg counts over 15 years of experience in the digital lead generation space, where he has successfully helped companies improve their digital presence and increase conversions through channels such as SEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, and social media. He is a data-driven marketer with a strong understanding of how to use analytics to drive successful campaigns, and how to identify areas of opportunity to develop targeted campaigns that deliver high-quality leads and drive revenue growth.

Over the past 20 years, James has supported fast-paced organizations in over 25 countries and has also led functional teams in B2B/B2C Marketing, Design, Product Development, Engineering, and Project/Product Management Offices. James was recently recognized in 2020 as one of the Top 50 Global Human Resources Professionals in the World. James received his M.B.A. with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Emerging Enterprises from Syracuse University, which at the time was recognized as the #1 program in the nation within the field of Entrepreneurship. James' undergraduate studies were at the University of Toledo where he graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration with a double major focus of Marketing and Human Resource Management.

Jason Smith - Chief Legal Officer

Jason received his law degree from Emory University and began his legal career in Atlanta, Georgia as a commercial litigator where he represented major companies in complex litigation. Jason has also served as in-house counsel for a large financial services firm and several technology companies. Jason is passionate about ensuring the legal protection of his business clients and takes great pride in providing effective and practical counsel. In his spare time, Jason is an avid car and travel enthusiast. He also enjoys staying active and running with his black lab, Mona.

As VP of Growth, Stefania supports the Company in scaling freemium and self-service models with a growth engine approach. At the same time, she is also covering the role of VP of Marketing ad interim, leading the demand generation, SEO, and brand activities for all the ActiveProspect products. Stefania joined ActiveProspect in 2021, thanks to the acquisition of LeadsBridge. With more than 10 years of experience in digital marketing, she has been part of the Management of LeadsBridge for four years, leading both Data and Marketing departments.

Steve Rafferty - CEO, Founder

Steve started ActiveProspect in 2004 after experiencing firsthand the problems his customers faced when managing online lead generation campaigns. He got his start in digital marketing in 1999 working for Bay Area Venture-backed start-ups. Wary from his dot-com era experiences, Steve decided to bootstrap the company with a goal of building something that lasts. With a product and customer focus over the last 15 years, he has established ActiveProspect as a highly respected company that has grown primarily by referrals. Having achieved his initial goal for the company, Steve is excited about the next chapter of growth for ActiveProspect.

Stuart Lazarus

With a remarkable track record spanning over 20 years in the data and software realm, Stuart has shaped winning Sales teams that deliver results. His exceptional leadership showed during his tenure at SPSS Software, which IBM later acquired. Recently, he made a lasting impact as the VP of Sales at Infutor Data Solutions. Stuart's proven leadership skills, coupled with his astute business acumen and exceptional communication talents, are dedicated to propelling bottom-line growth and advancing the company's objectives.
